I have used this company many times for multiple homes and businesses over the last few years. In fact, their honesty and integrity as a company are what made me continue to recommend them to clients and even colleagues. I no longer stand by this. They have fallen into the same type of deceptive business practice as many other AC companies. I am unsure if they have switched management or even ownership, but this is not the same company I trusted. Today they were called out for preventative maintenance. The AC worked perfectly fine this AM. In fact, this unit had just been serviced by an experienced technician that they employ 2 weeks prior. It was that representative that told us we were past due for our preventative maintenance and who encouraged us to set it up. Once the technician, Jacalyn Dobberstein, arrived, who has only worked for this company for less than 3 months and had no prior experience in this field, the unit mysteriously stopped working. She did NOT ask my husband for approval of any work that she was doing prior. Rather installed what she thought it needed, charged us for it, and then when it still did not work, had the boss come over. 3 hours later and over $200 later, turns out, she was not accurate on her diagnosis. I understand standing behind your employees but come on, this time the customer was right, you lost a patron. We will never use your services again.

Great. Donnie and Doug were very professional and thorough. My goal was to keep my old system going longer and they performed all the needed maintenance. Price was as quoted for basic service call, no extras.

Had a guy by the name of Michael Turner come out for a quote. This guy was "Awesome". Its been two months since work was done and system is working great. Furthest room (Hot room) is cold as the rest of the house due to return vent line installed. Installation was done in one day with Michael and 3 other employees who were just "Great". Follow up call a week later (from me) was taking care of the same day by a fourth person, Anthony DelPozzo. Not only did he fix the issue but took time to over look other things as well. This kind of treatment goes good with me knowing that they care. These employees do not work on commission and still take the time to treat the customer good. I will be using this company on a future maintenance plan and will highly recommend them to others.

When Vincent told us what was wrong he didn't say anything to embarrass us, but was very professional. He gave us recommendations for getting our ducts aerosealed and possibly discuss insullation in the future. We would highly recommend Green to all our friends!

We had the best experience from minute one with this company. They were so professional and responsive to our needs. We never had to wait hours for a call back. They attempted to do the least expensive repair before suggesting that we replace our system. Once the decision was made to go ahead and replace it, they got us a quote immediately and the cost wasn't unreasonable at all. Other companies made us wait for days for a service call and didn't seem to eager to get our business. Not Green Cooling Solutions. I also want to point out that their technicians DO NOT work on commission, so there is no pressure or unnecessary repairs. Great experience, great company.

I would give this company an A+ if I could. After researching Angie's List, I initially called them to get an estimate on a new replacement air conditioning system for our house because ours was making noise loud enough that we were getting neighbor complaints. Mike Turner came out the very first thing the next day. After checking out our 11 year old system and giving me a proposal for a potential new system by Rheem, he told me that if it were his system that he would replace the compressor fan motor instead of buying a new system at this time. I certainly was not expecting to hear that. His honesty and integrity immediately sold me on doing business with this company. I would definitely be buying a new system if he had not told me that. A new system would have cost nearly $6,000 and the repair price he quoted was $450. The next morning one of their workers showed up with the motor and replaced the old one. He also found a bad capacitor and replaced that as well. This worker wore shoe booties when he was inside the house and everything was picked up when he left. The air conditioner is quiet now and I am very happy that I didn't have to shell out an additional $5,500 for a new system. I was so impressed with the work done today that I signed up to have Green Cooling Solutions do the semi-annual maintenance on both of our air conditioning systems. When it comes time to replace one or both of them Mike will be the first person I will call for another estimate. By the way, the proposal that he gave me I thought was priced very fairly based on other estimates I had gotten.

They used a machine called Aerosealing to seal all of our ducts. We were having a lot of issues with allergies and Mike said this would correct it. I waited a few weeks before writing and it sure did everything he said it would! Not to mention we arent wasting all that money from our leaky ducts anymore. Ive been a customer of theirs for years and they continue to impress me.

Green Cooling systems Tech Anthony DelPozzo first quoted us a whole new system for about $4400 when all that was needed was a filter drier replacement and charge. He then quoted us about $1000 to repair the system when my husband refused the new system. When he balked at the $1000 charge, Anthony dropped the price to $600. We paid his service fee and then found another company that did the job, which took only about an hour, for less. It galls me when any service or sales person starts off with an inflated price and starts lowering it when you won't bite. All credibility is lost at that point.

Great company with fantastic staff. Very responsive and punctual. Explained all aspects of service. Owners were onsite and checking all work. Employees were incredibly respectful of our needs. We have 3 indoor cats that they needed to be careful of when opening doors, etc. They went above and beyond. Always professional with no pressure to sell more products or services.

The service tech was very personable and helpful. He answered all questions and even offered several ways to keep the system working at peak performance. I have had HVAC service for 50 years and this was the best experience of all.

It was a tough install with both air handlers in attic. The arrived on time and worked hard to get the job done. The crew was very polite and professional. They experienced a few electrical problems on the first day and they stayed quite late until the system was operational. The owner of the company was very responsive to our needs and made sure that he met the terms of our agreement. We had five bids for this job. There of the bids were way too high. Mike at Green Cooling came in with a fair price and was easy to work with. There was one company with lower price but in hind site, I thing the quality of the service was worth a little more.

Service Technician arrived per schedule, examined and cleaned the HVAC unit and checked to see that everything was in working order for the coming winter season. Tech was efficient and professional. We planned future visits. I cannot recommend this company too highly. In the past we have had second rate service by other companies whose reps seemed to be primarily encouraged to sell expensive unnecessary add-ons. This company does not engage in that activity.

I was at my summer home where I recieved a phone call from the service that checks in on my Florida home periodicly,who told me that A/C was not functioning properly. I called Green heating and air conditioning, as I've used them in the past, and they sent a technition out that day. Upon arrival and examination the tech called me and explained that there was a faulty electronic component that needed to be replaced in the compressor unit. I told the teck to go ahead and replace it and tune up the whole unit. He called me back an hour or so and informed me that all was well and up to peak performance. I thanked him for his quick response and that there service was again above and beyond expectations. I highly reccomend Green heating and cooling for anyone who has the need for true pros.

The service went very well. They came highly recommended by another professional. The technician was very knowledgeable and a great guy. I talked to the owner on the phone also. They have a nice website. They were very helpful and gave me some great information about the home. He showed me where it would be helpful to install insulation and some other good recommendations. I will definitely be using them in the future. I had no problem getting them scheduled for when I needed.

Previous to this service, I was told by another A/C provider I needed a new System. I had 2 providers from Angie's list come out, both telling me I did not need a new system and all I needed was to have the unit serviced 2x/yr . Green's contract was slightly higher than others but their integrity stood tall amongst the others.

It was a pleasure dealing with a company like Green Cooling Solutions. I am a very skeptical individual and as such I tend to investigate and compare all of my options, especially when dealing with a large expensive purchase, like an air conditioning system replacement. Which is why the first place I start with is Angie's List. I obtained 3 estimates, from 3 highly rated companies on Angie's List. I compared the estimates (prices), along with the presentations, as well as all of the previous reviews each one had received. I was not just purchasing a new air conditioning system, but was also determining which company was going to repair it should the need arise, as well as maintain it. Green Cooling Solutions was determined to be head and shoulders above its competitors. It all began with my initial telephone contact with their receptionist Lita, who was a pleasure to speak with and schedule my estimate presentation appointment (I have since had further contact with Lita, via telephone and email, as to scheduling and additional services, and each time she was courteous and professional). The next person that I had contact with was their Field Manager Clyde. He too was courteous and professional. In addition, he was patient and respectful with not only me, but my wife also, and addressed all of our concerns and questions. There was never any of the "Hard Sell" tactics that most companies seem to employ these days. He never pushed or tried to talk us into anything that we weren't interested in. Once we agreed on the replacement system, the next people we met were the installers Mirta and Vinny. The arrived early the day of the installation (but as everyone knows, it is never too early when one doesn't have air conditioning during the summer in Florida). They too were courteous and professional, as well as patient and respectful of any questions I had. Mirta pays attention not only to the big details, but to the small details, and all of the other details in between. My garage looked exactly as it had before the installation, as it did afterwards. I was so impressed with the services I had been provided, that I then joined their "Green Club", for the annual maintenance of our other zone air conditioner. Everything is working well and it is once again cool throughout our home. It was a pleasure working with a company where all of the employees you come into contact with, take such great pride in it, that they make you think that it is their company.

The workers were professional although they arrived about an hour late (this did not bother me). They were thorough in their work and showed me pictures of the attic before and after they completed the work. One thing I did not like was that there were several mastic remnants remaining in my house and insulation remaining in the garage once they left. I wished they had cleaned up after themselves as I developed a case of hives shortly after their visit. Therefore, I did think they could have done a better job of cleaning up. However, my A/C is running much better now and it is much cooler in the house. I would recommend this company to other consumers. They do a good job and I can tell a difference in my electric bill this month.

Replaced capacitor on my outside unit and took the time to explain to me what went wrong and why. I was very impressed with the professional way I was treated. Also had the unit at my rental property serviced the same day, and was so happy with the results that I signed up both places for a maintenance contract. The cost that I quoted in the review was for the repairs, the service call and the two maintenance contracts. I won't go anywhere else from now on.

John showed up on time and immediately began the inspection process, looking for leaks, mold, filter damage or clogging. John was very good at explaining the system and how it works. I must admit there were things he pointed out that never occurred to me to be a function of the HVAC system. Both the indoor system and the outdoor components were thoroughly inspected, tested and cleaned throughout the process. Green cooling solutions is an excellent company that I would not hesitate to recommend to any friend or family member. Their technician, John was very knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and thorough.

A about 7:00 pm I noticed that the air was not cooling. I looked at the external air conditioning unit and it was not working.. I called Green Cooling with whom we have an annual contract and they said they would send a technician out. The technician was on another call but would be there within an hour. He arrived at about 8:00pm inspected the power supply and found that a circuit breaker had tripped. He reset the breaker and the machine began to work. Then he reinspected the entire system to find out what cause the circuit breaker to trip.. He found the problem and fixed it. Because the outage occurred within 30 days of having the summer service call there was no charge. We have been living in Sarasota for about fifteen years. We have used several HVAC services companies over the years. This company is the best we have ever used. I only regret that we did not find them sooner.
