Glenn is awesome! When we purchased our home, there were a large number of wires coming out of a vent in the wall for a speaker system the previous owner installed. Glenn recommended the equipment we would need - sending us out to purchase a couple of things ourselves, however, he ordered and picked up the rest. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, quick and very pleasant. For the amount of time and product delivered, he was also very reasonable. When he was done, all of the wires were hidden and he cleaned up like he had never been there! We will definitely use Glenn again and will recommend him to our friends and neighbors. Anybody reading this post, you cannot go wrong with this man -- he is the consummate professional.

Glenn arrived at the scheduled time and put on shoe covers to protect our newly cleaned carpet. He set up his tools and equipment and begin to work right away. He worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job of installing the TV, cabling the Comcast box, DVD player and Roku box to the TV. We were very pleased with the installation and would use Glenn again for any Audio/Video jobs and recommend him to others. He's a professional and pleasant man to work with.

He showed up when promised and worked really hard to get my system to work in an already existing environment that was not the easiest to make compatible. The only downside is I called him on Monday and I guess because he is so good I had to wait for Friday for him to do the work, but it was worth the wait.

Glenn arrived on time and immediately went to work. Did not stop for lunch. Cleaned up after himself. Checked and rechecked to make sure everything was up and running. Then instructed us on how to use the remote. My wife was the one who wanted all this done as a Christmas present. She was ecstatic with the end results.

Our new house has six pair of speakers throughout the house with all the wires hanging out of the wall at the entertainment center. There is a volume control for each pair. I had talked to two other companies and they gave me a list of equipment I was going to need to buy. Including a speaker control box to make the impedance correct. I reached Glenn and he told me the volume controls had a built in system and I didn't need anything else. He came to the house at the date and time arranged. He spent about 4 hours sorting out the mess coming out of the wall and making sure the system worked. Also, he spent time making sure I knew how to work the system.

Glenn was very prompt and professional and the installation was perfect. The height and location was just right and the and quot;pass thrusand quot; for the cables are hidden with very clean installations. Also, a very fair rate for the work performed. I would definitely use Glenn again and recommend him highly.

Glenn was thorough and meticulous, and reconnected the entire system. He even optimized the TV resolution - something we had not done before.

Couldn't be happier with his work and reasonably priced as well.

This is the second time I used Glenn for audio visual work. The first time he hung 2 flat screen televisions and this time installed a sound bar on the wall underneath a television. Both times he was very professional and clean. He brought drop clothes and vacuumed up when he was done. Would definitely use him again.

Glen Frost is an exceptional electronic, TV, and Home Theater installer. He installed my two flat screen tv's one of which was part of my Marantz Home Theater system. He offered my the option of consolidating all remote devices through a infrared processor that works extremely well. So for example if you want all your remote equipment behind cabinet doors out of sight the infrared processor allows this. I have been using it now for several weeks and it is flawless. Glenn is very fastidious and displayed meticulous attention to detail. I have many instances in the past when setting up a home theater or sound system where there is cables running everywhere and without much attention to detail. I am describing me and my past attempts to properly install a sound and theater system. Glenn can install your system without any of this, very tidy, neat and accurate to detail. Glenn works by himself and comes prepared to do the job. A very talented and likable fellow. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends and neighbors. If I future electronic, tv, stereo needs I would contact him first. Great job!! I am very pleased with my HT, Flat screens and lanai speakers.

It went smoothly and was handled very professionally. Glenn went beyond the normal boundaries to solve the problem and I can highly recommend him. If we have any additional electronic needs he will be the first person I call.

Glenn was fabulous to work with. He was recommended by our contractor and we didn't know a thing about electronic anything. Having just moved down from Northern Illinois, we wanted a quality entertainment system for the entire house and pool lanai area. Glenn showed up when he said he would, took the time to explain and discuss options. He gave us options to go purchase our own components or he would do it for us. He had to coordinate his work with the cabinet contractor and did so with ease. As stated above, the entertainment system included a 60 inch smart tv, surround sound system, sub woffer, zoning sound system for multiple, whole house use. Installation, wiring of speakers, and setting up electronic control systems through Iphone, Ipads and anything else. More importantly, he worked with us and trained and made sure we knew what and how to do things. You know how it goes, while an expert is there, everything works right, then they leave and your lost. Not with Glenn...he made sure we knew and what to do. I would recommend Glenn to anyone, especially if you don't have a clue what to do...

DO NOT USE THIS GUY! We had an appointment scheduled and I rearranged my entire day to make it work. He called at the last minute with some lame excuse and wanted to reschedule for some other time without regard as to how much preparation I had made for him coming. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM !!!!

Glenn was able to organize our mangled cables and get our outdoor system working and also fix a keypad that we thought was broken. He is very patient, thorough and reasonable. Highly recommend!

I haven't used his service yet, but I compliment him on his willingness to help analyse my needs and make some recommendaitons. After doing further research I plan to have him help make the modifications, installations and setup. Glenn is very professional and I felt a confidence in his expertise early in the conversation

I saw Glenn's review on Angie's List and decided to contact him. He came to our prior residence (about 40 minutes from his home) to look at what I wanted to move and then to our new home to see what I wanted done and give me an estimate (free). He was very thorough and professional, made several good suggestions and impressed me with his knowledge of diverse systems and little details. When I got his estimate, I thought it was a little high, but I liked Glenn and thought he was honest and hard working, and I was right on both counts. He completed the work to our complete satisfaction. He even did a few things that we had not planned and he did not change his estimated price. We were very satisfied with his work.

All our electronic and audio visual equipment is in a closet and he set up the system so that it could all work from one remote. He also installed some of the equipment. He is very professional and punctual. He works quietly and goes about his work systematically. He was able to resolve some very difficult problems. This was a very complicated job and he did a great job.
