Glenn Frost

Glenn was fantastic. When we first called him, we didn't know how well the screen, which is very large, was going to work with the room. Glenn found a way to incorporate the screen into the layout of the room in such a way that when the screen is up, you don't even notice that it's there. He did great work at a very reasonable price, and was always responsive and helpful. He mounted our projector and all of our speakers for us, and also wound up running speaker cable up through the walls, and installed surround speakers in the rear ceiling for us, that are virtually invisible after the install. Several years later, when we had a problem with the projector that was covered under warranty, he came out and helped us get it down and then back up again. Every experience with him has been extremely positive. We use that home theater all the time, and we love it!!! We highly recommend him!!!

The first appointment we had scheduled it ended up he double booked himself (he explained he'd gotten mixed up and was looking to get someone to help with scheduling because he'd gotten so busy off of good Angie's List reviews). While this was inconvenient, we rescheduled and he showed up on time on the follow up date,. He was possibly the most thorough worker I'd ever had in my house. When he finished he even explained how my new tv worked with my other devices! One day I hope to be able to afford to put in a surround system and have Glenn come do the job for me.

Glenn came right out the day after my call. He set up everything, providing a thorough explanation along the way. The whole system works great, and I couldn't be more pleased. He is very knowledgeable and was able to offer suggestions for future consideration.

Excellent. It took him a lot of time to connect with Frontier and he was very patient and calm. Glenn was cautious and careful with this latest equipment issue. I appreciated his attitude and methodical attention. He stood by the price he had estimated over the phone, which seemed quite ethical and honest to me. I would definitely refer him to anyone, including with major theater type needs.

Smoothly. Glen had an answer for every stumbling block and was able to make all of the components work seamlessly together. All expectations and wants were met. Mr. Frost brought all needed tools with him and was able to use all of the wiring and equipment that we hoped would be used. No additional purchases were necessary. He left the premises clean with all wrapping and saw dust removed.

Glenn was great! After an initial miscommunication on the appointment time, I rescheduled with him and when he came he did a great job hanging my new flat screen tv. He did a great job cleaning up when he was done and was pleasant to work with.

My 4th time using Frost Home Theater -- always a pleasure. This time he found replacement outdoor speakers to match a second pair that are still working fine. Great result. He arrived on time, left place clean (as always) and took as much time as I needed to explain how things work. I won't go anywhere else.

This was the third time I used Glenn and plan to continue as a customer. He hooked up a home theater system left by the previous owner. He installed a top of the line wi-fi receiver that he found for us at a fair price, hooked up a gaming system, calibrated the projector and the sound system. Awesome picture and sound! He was on schedule, neat, and most importantly, he always takes whatever time I need to explain how everything works.

Working with Glenn Frost was a pleasure. He responded to my email quickly, set up an appointment, and was here within two days of my initial request. He walked through the house and made suggestions and then set up my system. It works perfectly. He explained what he what he was doing. He was thorough and clean -- he even vacuumed the area he worked in. I am looking forward to working with him again on upgrades to the current system.

Initially Glenn did a great job. He was professional, on time and thorough. We assumed we would hire him to install our home theater system when we were ready. We were huge cheerleaders for him in the neighborhood and he was hired by several people on our recommendation. Shortly after installing the iphone system, it began kicking off after two hours. We called Glenn and he said it was probably a sleep setting and that he would be back to find out what the problem was. We never heard from him again. We have since hired someone else to install our home theater system. I hope the others that hired him on our recommendation have better service.

Glenn is FANTASTIC! Initially, he came out and looked at my system and discussed the type of universal remote he sells and gave me prices. We then set a date for him to come out and install everything. He was on time and got to work right away. He was patient while teaching me exactly how to use the new system. We purchased this house with nice Bose speakers on the lanai. We had no idea how to make them work. Glenn set it up so that we can use our iphone or ipad to play music through those speakers in the lanai. He simplified our entire system with an easy to use universal remote. We went from needing three remotes to one. Glenn connected Apple TV for us so we can watch Netflix, etc. too. He was excellent at explaining everything to us and said we could call him any time if we got stuck. It's so easy now that we are absolutely using our equipment more often and using it fully. Glenn takes great pride in his work and truly wants the customer to be happy. I will absolutely recommend him to my friends and neighbors and will call him again if we need additional electronics installed. He is truly wonderful!

Glenn did a most professional and reasonable job for us. He is very precise and neat. We had a few issues mostly relative to our need for more knowledge about how things worked. He came out promptly, resolved our questions and fine-tuned our system. Most happy with the job and follow-up.

What a professional - Glenn is a perfectionist, who installed our equipment as if it was his own. He customized the systems to our requests and made several suggestions for improved performance.

I was able to schedule an appointment with Glenn right away. He arrived right when he said he would. He brought protective covers for his shoes as not to track anything onto our floors. He knew exactly what had to be done. He was professional and courteous and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend him for any audio/visual needs. And by the way, he's a dog lover which was important to us as we have three golden retrievers!

Mr. Frost did a fantastic job for us. He was very prompt in answering our call and confirming our appointment the day prior and the day of service. Mr. Frost was quick to respond to my online request for an estimate on mounting an LCD 42 inch TV for me. Followed up with a phone call and quoted me a fair price and the price included a Wall Mount for the TV. He was prompt and performed quality work. I would highly recommend him to everyone. The service was completed in about an hour. I will use him again.

He was on time and was able to do everything I wanted. All my wires are neat and tidy now and all my televisions are working better than ever. I would hire him again.
