Terrible. I waited more than a week for him to respond. He never did so I moved on. He is a waste of time.

Overall, things were very good. Because it is a small business, sometimes we had to work flexibly on scheduling and such matters, however, that was not a problem for me. Stephen is willing to take on the smaller jobs as well as big projects which is nice. He sometimes brings another worker with him, and these helpers have always been polite, respectful and hardworking.

We had an area of wood rot on a portion of our house that was not easy to get to. We had been putting off making the repairs as we wanted to put Hardie Board up and the project just seemed too big. We were very worried about the cost. Stephen did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. He knew we had a tight budget and he offered altenatives that saved us money. The quality of his work was excellent. I was very impressed with the care he took to make sure everything was just right. He takes a lot of pride in his work. This was a labor-intensive job that required setting up scaffolding to get to some of the higher areas and moving the scaffodling several times. The job took over a week to complete. Stephen's careful measuring and cutting resulted in the use of a lot fewer boards that other contrators had told us we would need. His price was much more reasonable than the others' estiimates as well. He stayed right on track for the estimate. There were no surprises. A high quality job, an honest businessman, and a very nice person.

He arrived a little late in the morning but, he was meticulous in everything he did. He brought his own equipment. He measured accurately and went and bought all of the necessary supplies. After the job was completed he cleaned up the debris. My swingset is back in safe, fun, and working condition. I would recommend his services to anyone.

He listened to all I said and did exactly what we agreed. accomplished the exact look and design I wanted. He was very organized and there was minimal dust or dirt. no errors or mishaps. His work is very good quality and a perfectionist in how he did the work. I would use him again. Ask for an accurate written cost prior to start to make sure of all costs. He will give one. sometimes he does not come on a specified day, but he will explain why he cannot show. This is do-able because he is very good and very accommodating in other ways.

He is really good. He charged me $1000 to take down the wall. I thought it was a good price. I had a quote from a general contractor, who charged $4500 for the same work. I paid $450 for the kitchen back slash. At first, I thought it was expensive. However, once the job was done, I was sure it was fair because he had put in a lot of work into it. It turned out beautifully. I would recommend him highly. He is very detailed oriented. If he did something wrong or if he wasn?t happy with something he did, he redid the work. He redid the kitchen cabinet when he did a mistake. He bought the material and he did not charge me for it. I was really happy with him. I will definitely use him again in the future.

I was very happy with Stephen Ehresman's work. He arrived promptly, gave me an accurate estimate, and finished all the tasks I gave him quickly. He is polite, organized, neat, and clean. In several instances, I told him that I was prepared to replace items (wooden butterfly doors, window handle cranks, and numerous blinds, for example) and have him install them--more expensive projects which would have meant higher earnings for him. Nevertheless, he told me frankly that he thought that these items could repaired, rather than replaced, although he was willing to replace them if I wanted to do so. I appreciated his looking out for my pocketbook.

Always well. Stephen is a treasure. Polite, nice appearing; and highly skilled. And very reasonable. he lives in Sarasota but is willing to work in outlying areas.
