They are very decent and respectful. their job does not include them coming inside. We had an emergency and we called them and they came as quickly as possible. We've been using them since we bought the house in June 2012. We don't have any pests and we had them initially for pest management and then we got them for the yard. We've been quite pleased with how the yard has come along since we had them start to do that as well. The people who had owned the house previously had used them. We came from Atlanta and had no knowledge of companies so we just continued with them and it has worked out fine. There is one individual that comes regularly and he's very responsive. I like the fact that when they go around the house it's not just a matter of injecting new fluids into the tubes but they clean out the cobwebs and that sort of thing around the house. We had one problem and we called them and they came right out. They were very prompt and showed us how to deal with the problem. I would say the price is competitive. The guys that we've been dealing with have been very knowledgeable and have passed on some good information.

They were great and we now use them. They are excellent and I would highly recommend them. They are very popular in this area. We have a contract with them and they come out whenever we need them and quarterly. They come whenever we have a problem. The price is reasonable, it's about the same as everyone else.

They do good work. They are a little expensive I think but they are very professional and they are very kind. They go inside and outside, they are very thorough. They come quarterly, you don't have to ask them they just come automatically to spray. They are very thorough when they do that. I had people that do this work before and it was a little less expensive but I think these people are better. You kind of pay for what you get. I think it's worth what they charge.

They are wonderful. The technician is a very friendly guy. He always gets back to us. They are reasonable and affordable.

They are very good. We just don’t have bugs in the house ever and no mice. We had an infestation of ants at one time and they put something outside and they were gone in a week. I think the price is reasonable. It’s a woman that comes out and she is very professional and I see her in the neighborhood a lot.

They have been good. The problem is I pay them monthly but they last came 2 or 3 months ago.They did not get rid of my bugs I got rid of them myself.

They've been great. I've been using them for a long time. They're very specific. They're not the pest guys that comes and treats for silverfish and cockroaches and things like that. I've been using them very happily for years. I like what they do. They come out every year and check the house from top to bottom and make sure that they don't see anything suspicious. I think they're very competitive.

We've had them for years. It has been very satisfactory. They have been great. We go back to them because of the very satisfactory outcome. The staff are very prompt and respectful. They let us know when they come. If there is anything, they report it to us. Sometimes, periodically, management will come out and take a look at things. They're just very organized.

They are really good. I have used them for 3-4 years now and I have used them years ago before that too. They do a great job. Originally I knew someone who worked for them. They do what they say. It's not a bargain rate, but it's a reasonable rate. I talked with the guy who does the work several times and he's effective. It's always the same guy.

They've been servicing our house for about 6 years and they do an excellent job, perfect in every way. We get little spiders and they even go through the floor cage and clean up the spider webs. They're wonderful. They're excellent. They're always professional. They'll come out and answer questions for me with no charge.

In 2014, we were not there when they did the work but we had proof that it was treated. The buyer followed through. There is a professional way of treating rat droppings because if you try to clean it up yourself you can get sick. So they treated it and cleaned up. A prior time, we used Fahey Pest Control and they put a trap in the attic then seal the hole in the roof. They had done a good job sealing it. The rats never came back during the two weeks. The company came back to check the traps for any rats and during the two weeks and we never had evidence of the rats coming in. They were very nice. They explained things well.

They are really nice about calling and letting us know when they come. They don't leave any debris behind.

Showed up on time, very professional and friendly technician. Reviewed problem areas and pests with me before starting. Completed service inside of house and outside perimeter, and let me know what to expect and gave me some suggestions to help keep pests under control. Let me know to call if I have continuing issues inside, otherwise, they'll return in 3 months to retreat outside.
