Incredible! They came right away and stayed on the issue until it was resolved - this meant they came back for service calls beyond what the package we bought entailed - but they made good on their guarantee without additional charge! Further, they were so patient and respectful with my elderly father who is hard of hearing. Can’t say enough good things about this company and their people. First Class!

They arrived right on time. Very professional and thorough. Knew exactly what to look for, and was very knowledgable. Saw immediate results. Big improvement on our prior pest control company.

Well, have signed longer term contract

Fahey service has always been positive and professional. When I've had a problem with especially invasive seasonal pests like ghost ants my technician Roger has been responsive, making multiple visits to assure satisfaction. I switched from a national pest control service when it was clear I was spending far too much money for little result. Fahey service has been more reasonably priced and efficient.

It took probably 30 minutes. The workers was professional. They left the area clean and no tools left behind.

They came out right away, maybe three or four days from the call. They looked at the lawn and I signed the contract. The only issue I had was the salesman, I think he was. It was about the discount. I asked him very pointed, he called the office to have that answered. But he did have a coupon to give me off the first payment. I called the company and addressed that. They stated that he should have done that discount. It was a discount for being an Angie's List member. I don't know if he thought it would effect his commission or something. I owned my business for thirty five years, and my people would have never done that. I like the guy that has this route or whatever. And I say him the second time. I am very ignorant with all this lawn service. He seems to be very conscientious, the problem seems to be with the salesperson. I think this outfit is good, but it still kind of remains to be seen because of the salesperson, but I feel it was probably reprimanded. There seemed to be vagueness with the time of arrival, even when I called back in to double check. I would of even liked within a day notice.

I was pleased with the service. They treated the exterior(did not need interior) of the house and put down ant bait quarterly. My technician, Rod, is a great technician. He did a thorough and professional job , called me the day before my appointment as a courtesy reminder, and remembered to put the warning Fahey flag in the grass when he was done. Their office staff, Hilary and Nellie, were really good about trying to honor any special requests. They were unfailingly courteous and accommodating when I requested changes in my appointment scheduling(which I did on numerous occasions). The only glitch I experienced : I asked to have the same technician come to my house each time, and if that was not possible I wanted to reschedule for a time when my regular technician could come. My regular tech was absent on my second appointment day so they sent someone else, without notifying me. I reminded them of my request, and I haven't had that issue come up again. They did offer to have my regular tech come back to do a 'courtesy retreat' at no charge for the second appointment, if I wanted.

The sales gentleman that came out was very good, informed me of what they would do, and we set up an appointment. The following Saturday they came out. The service man came in my house and explained all the steps to me, very thorough. One aspect of the service I asked him not to do due to my cat, which was fine. (I used the Angie's List coupon as well)

It went well and I signed a contract with them to provide quarterly pest control of my property.

The entire team is very professional and great at their job. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
