These different warranties are important incase you have any kind of activity in the future, we will come back out and take care of the activity with no additional cost to you. Description of Work: We have used them since moving to FL. The fee is for combined pest and Senticon termite bait control. Whenever I have had an issue with insects, the response has been prompt and they have monitored during and after any episode.

Wonderful.
Description of Work: I contacted several companies for estimates on pest control services. I felt very comfortable with this firm. The estimator was patient and in answering my questions since this is my first home in FL. The technician who did the service was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. I signed an ongoing contract for service. So far, so good! I also like the fact that the technician called a couple of weeks after the service to see if I had seen any pests in the house. I really liked that follow up. He also reminded me that if I saw any evidence of pests to call them right away for a reapplication.
