Description of Work: Made an appointment to see this company and another one 1 hour apart on a single day. The other company's representative arrived on time and provided an estimate; this company did not show up and did not call. We didn't hire the other company--they proposed windexing the framed art work (!) , and we're still looking. Who knows why they did not show up or phone. But they are not the cleaning company for me! Promptness is important.

Description of Work: Adriana and her staff are lovely and they did a great job every time. You will love them! We will have them back often.

Description of Work: As with my other experience, it took two tries to finally have someone come to give an estimate but Adriana did email me prior to the first appointment to ask to reschedule. We did finally meet for the estimate which I thought was reasonable. I had waited a couple of weeks to begin my search for a housecleaner again due to the disappointing results but I was planning a party and wanted my house cleaned for the event. As part of our meeting on Tuesday, I asked if she had time available on Thursday or Friday of that same week. She said she had time on Friday and asked if 8:00 was too early. It was not as we had errands to run and we planned on that date. Adriana indicated she would be present also as she always is on the first day. Yesterday at 8:00 there was no sign of the cleaning crew. At around 8:20, I called the two phone numbers I had on the information material I was given. No answer at either phone number but I left messages. At 8:40, we had to leave to do our errands. I never received a call back. When I checked my email this morning, I had a message from the cleaner stating that she was waiting for email confirmation of the date. This was never discussed at our in person meeting. It also doesn't make sense that I would confirm in email after an in person meeting. We are disappointed as the owner seemed very nice and professional but that did not carry over into practice.

Description of Work: This review is for a deep cleaning service by Maisa and her team at Fab's Cleaning Services. My very dusty (and dog dandery) apartment was badly in need of a deep clean, and Maisa and her team did an excellent job. In fact, the service was an excellent from start to finish: Maisa got back to my email inquiry immediately (unlike other services on Angie's list), and came over shortly thereafter to give an estimate. Three days later I came home to a pristine home, with no harsh chemical smell as they use all green cleaning products. I highly recommend them: they are extremely professional, thorough and very responsive to email, in addition to being very friendly and non-judgemental when they give you your estimate! Their rates are extremely reasonable too, making weekly cleaning much more affordable. Based on this cleaning I have decided to have a weekly cleaning service from now on. Also, I should say that I have used two other cleaning services before this, and they are far superior to both. Do yourself a favour and have Fab's Cleaning Services create a sparklingly clean and calm home environment for you to come home to!

Description of Work: Adrianna and team did a FAB job cleaning our single family rental after hardwood floors had been redone, dust was everywhere, place was spotless after they left.

Description of Work: I found Fab's on this site and decided to try them out for my mom's apartment. We have them come once a month and they're great. Very friendly and do a good job cleaning.
