The owners are easy to deal with and are prompt in replying to messages, but the work was not worth the monies charged. The quote was the highest among the 3 companies I contacted, but I was okay paying the quoted price because there was hardwood dust around the house and I believed they would do a good job based on the reviews. However, there were many deficiencies in the work. Shelves near the top of the closets and in the kitchen pantry were not cleaned, and the washer/dryer were not even opened during the cleaning. The cleaners completely missed one storage closet and I had to remind them to clean it after they had finished. I had hoped that they would be much more thorough given what they charged.

Maisa and her team clean my house monthly. They are efficient, detail-oriented, and always warm and friendly. After we had some home renovations, they did a much-needed deep clean as well- fantastic job!

I have used Fab cleaners for six years and they are the best. I have a large home with three floors, twelve rooms, four baths and 79 windows. My house is always spotless when they leave. They have never not come when they were supposed to and they are flexible if I have to make a change. They do everything they are asked to do and never complain when I have had a lot of company and there are many beds to change and lots of cleaning to do. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are competent, responsible, honest and they charge a fair price for the excellent work they do.

Maisa and her team recently started providing cleaning services for us for an Airbnb rental, a big increase in work and coordination from the twice monthly housekeeping they were doing for us previously. The schedule can be a bit erratic but Maisa is flexible, communicative, and responsive to feedback. We’ve gotten many positive reviews about the cleanliness of the apartment. Maisa has also helped us out by letting us know when anything needs attention in the apartment, such as a sink that wasn’t draining well. I strongly recommend Fab cleaning.

Maisa and her team do an amazing job! Since i started using Fabs back in January, I have been very happy. Originally we were doing once a month but we changed to once every two weeks because I love having my home spotless (and it can be hard to keep up when my dog's shedding). The cleaning team are exceptional. I have tried other services, but none compare to the quality and price. They are professional, flexible, and punctual and always do an impressive job, considering I have two kids and a cat. I have allergies and their deep cleaning -mopping, vacuuming, etc. -keeps my asthma under control. The owner is very nice and promptly responds to messages. She has on more than one occasion, worked hard to accommodate an emergency change or need in the cleaning schedule and has always been professional. We began with monthly cleanings and now have them come weekly because it is worth it for us.

After struggling to find a house cleaner I searched for a highly rated one on Angie's List and could not be more thrilled with Fab's Cleaning Services. Maisa responded to my request within about an hour and set up a time to come see my place within 24 hours in order to give me a quote. Within a week I had an appointment for their services. The appointment was confirmed the day before with no issues. When I came home after the cleaning was completed, I couldn't believe it was the same condo. The place was spotless. They not only cleaned the usual floors, bathrooms, etc - but they went the extra mile and scrubbed doorknobs and toothbrush holders and base boards. 100% recommend Maisa and her team!

The staff is prompt, professional and thorough. I am a pretty fussy housekeeper and they meet my standards and then some. I was so pleased with their initial cleaning I hired them to clean my office as well. Highly recommend.
