+ -1 moreFab's was very professional in regards to getting me an estimate and scheduling an appointment. The overall cleaning job was well- done, however, that was overshadowed by the fact that they left very deep scratches under my dining table and when asked about them suggested that I go out and by something to get rid of them. Besides being appalled that they expected me to rectify something they did, I couldn't believe that they could have been paying attention to what they were doing very well if they left me with 5-6 deep, deep scratches (and never even mentioned them.)

+ -1 moreI was really pleasantly surprised. I thought I'd be terribly uncomfortable having people come into my home to clean - embarrassed by the state of my house and feeling invaded. FAB was truly fabulous. They didn't make me feel bad at all about the house and they were just so good, it was comfortable to have them there. Though we had a miscommunication about when they'd be able to come out to clean the house, Maisa managed to fit me in when she had a cancellation, knowing I was at my wits end. I had guests come into town the following day and it was a huge relief to feel like the house was ready for company.
Description of Work: Thorough cleaning of my 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Cleaned everything including baseboards and top of fridge. Three person team did a phenomenal and respectful job. They sure know what they're doing.

+ -1 moreMaisa came on 5/29/12 to tour our home and discuss the work to be done. She emailed me the same day with the price for the Initial Cleaning (more extensive) and the biweekly or monthly cleaning prices. For the initial meeting, she was punctual, professional, and very kind to our three cats. It was agreed that the Initial cleaning would be done on 6/7/12. While we were not home for the cleaning, they completed the work on the day agreed upon. They were meticulus and thorough in every room, especially the bathrooms. I have not seen my bathtub shine like that ever! The smell, when I arrived home, was divine! Maisa uses all green cleaning chemicals, there were no strong odors or smell of ammonia or bleach. Most important, our three cats were all in the home, which is not an easy task to prevent these three from trying to run outside.We agreed to have Maisa return biweekly. She was also very flexible on changing our first biweekly cleaning appointment, as we had contractors working on our initial agreed day.
Description of Work: Initial cleaning of 9 room home, including dusting, vacuuming, washing floors without carpeting, cleaning two full bathrooms.

+ -1 moreFab's Cleaning Service does a terrific job, and I would recommend them very highly. I have used them once a month for a few months and will now begin using them twice a month. Maisa is friendly and professional, and was very prompt for both the initial consultation/estimate and for each cleaning appointment. The price for the initial cleaning was reasonable, and she has given us an extremely reasonable rate now that we are 'regulars.' The team of two women are fast and thorough, our house is spotless and smells great when they finish, and they are happy to change sheets, take out trash, clean the tops of kitchen cabinets, ceiling fan blades, etc. They get my house as clean as it was before I was a mom! We are delighted to have found Maisa and her company.

+ -1 moreFab's was AWESOME. They (two people) arrived earlier than the scheduled time and wanted to get right to work. My wife gave them a quick tour and what she wanted to have done and off they went. In the end, I have never seen a house so clean. Everything was cleaned, polished, and neat. They even organized some items we had left out (I expected they would clean around these items). We have never used a cleaning service before but we WILL be using Fab's again! Highly recommended.
Description of Work: We hired Fab's Cleaning Service to clean our whole house as we recently moved in and wanted to get a good cleaning done. This included three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, the kitchen, family room, living room, office, staircase, and all hardwood and rugs.

+ -1 moreIt is a terrible experience for me but maybe it is just my luck. I first contacted Fabs cleaning on April 4th and set up an appointment for April 7th. Nobody showed up but I did receive a call apologizing for it and her car battery just died. OK I understood so we made an appointment for the following Monday on April 9th. Again nobody showed up. Only this time I did not even get a call. I called back again on Wednesday April 11th (how desperate I am!) and today (April 14th) I am finally able to talk to somebody. I was told that their phone did not work on the day of our appointment so they could not call to let me know. What's the odds? It is waste of my time. I hope you have better experience with them.

We hired her to do an initial clean and then will have them coming back bi-weekly. They did a fantastic job! We couldn't be happier. They even cleaned the inside of our microwave and toaster oven! It has been almost a week and the house still looks and feels clean. Very happy overall and highly recommend.

+ -1 moreWe used them after learning about them on Angie’s List. We are not usually in the house, but the house is always sparkling when they are done. The house has never been so clean, so it is good. They charge us $70 per week. We continue to use them, and we would definitely continue use them in the future. They are very nice people. We have a dog that barks. They won him over, and he is not barking at them anymore. We have got 2 cats, and they have always been good with the pets. They are punctual. They give us presents at the holidays. We couldn’t really ask for more.
Description of Work: We used Fab's Cleaning Services yesterday for housecleaning. They come weekly now on Thursdays. We have a 2-floor house with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a couple of bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and an office. They clean all of that for us. They vacuum. They scrub the kitchen and the bathroom. They mop occasionally, but probably not every time. We assume there is some dusting too.

Something felt right about Adriana; her responsiveness, professionalism, and ideas and suggestions were exactly what we were looking for. Our first cleaning was earlier this week. I tend to be very picky about these services - I look for mistakes and areas they may overlook. I found none. My wife and I are very happy with FAB's and we're looking forward to our biweekly service.

My preference would be to not assign a grade to my overall experience, but that's not an option when providing feedback. I sent an email on 10/9/11 requesting a quote. I didn't receive an answer, so I sent another email on 10/13/11 again requesting a quote. In my email, I stated that I recognized that they might be too busy to accept new business, but that I would appreciate a response. I never heard from them. It's just disappointing. They have a lot of good reviews, but they are apparently too busy to accept any additional business so you might want to look elsewhere.

Description of Work: Maisa came over to give me a quote and she was very organized, efficient and professional. The first cleaning service was at a higher rate but then dropped down based on how frequently she comes during the month. In our case we have her coming every two weeks. I waited to write a review until after the second time she visited my house because I wanted to make sure the service was consistent. On all accounts they did a great job. Our previous cleaning service was one woman who was unorganized, sloppy in appearance, talked a lot while she cleaned and took over 4 hours (we have a 2800 sq ft new house). Since I work out of the house these are not traits I want in a cleaning service provider. So, we turned to Angie's list and found Fab's. The first time Maisa showed up to clean our house she showed with 3 other team members and they attacked the house in a very organized and efficient manor. They worked on my office first since I was home working and they wanted to get it out of the way quickly. They then cleaned the rest of the house in less than two hours and did everything and more than I expected. They made the bed, wiped down the crown molding and baseboards, scrubbed the tubs and everything else. Not to mention the house smells great after they leave.
