Fab's Cleaning Services

It's always nice to come home on the days when Fab's cleaning has been to our home! We've been working with Adriana at Fab's for the past several months and she has been very responsive and flexible whenever we had questions, or need to adjust the time of a cleaning, or if we need the cleaners to clean up the guest room after guests. We've also enjoyed the convenience of being able to pay by check when we don't have the cash on hand, which hasn't always been the case with prior cleaners. I've also been impressed that the cleaners don't hesitate to go the extra mile: one evening I came home and I was perplexed because the vent-grates above the stove were missing. I texted Adriana who responded promptly that the grates were so dirty they ran them through the dish washer - and I pulled them out and was amazed at how clean they were (they had never been cleaned before and were covered in grease)! It never would have occurred to me to clean it, and I was pleased the cleaners took that extra step to do something that wasn't on the regular list of things to clean.

Fabi was fantastic! She answered all correspondence very promptly, arrived on time, and did an AMAZING job on the apartment! She and her team cleaned the kitchen, including inside the refrigerator, made all the wood floors sparkle, and generally knocked our socks off. We would DEFINITELY hire her again if we lived in the area; as it is, I would recommend her to everyone I know who does!

Fabs has been cleaning for us for several months. They do a good job cleaning our large house including 3 1/2 bathrooms. We have found them to be very punctual, responsible and trustworthy.

Wow! Fab?s cleaning service deserves its name?fabulous! I called on a Thursday afternoon for an emergency whole-house cleaning early the next week?our house was going on the market the very next Thursday. Maisa returned my call immediately and arranged to come by after her work that night to see our house and the extent of work we'd need. She gave my husband an amazingly low price and scheduled the work for Tuesday. Come Tuesday, Maisa and her co-worker, asking only for paper towels and garbage bags, came, saw, and deep-cleaned our house?all while working smoothly around a couple of painters who were repainting and touching up every room that same day. Maisa asked me to check her progress as she and her associate worked through the house, to be sure that I was satisfied. And, boy, was I satisfied! Our house was beautifully clean and pristine when the job was done. Maisa was professional, responsive, and really cheerful throughout the day, taking a load of worry off my mind as we raced toward our realtor?s deadline. (And her price was one-tenth that of a national cleaning company that our realtor had recommended.) Fab?s gave us exceptional service as well as exceptional value?and peace of mind. I kind of wish that we weren?t moving out of state, because I?d hire Maisa in a heartbeat to be our regular cleaner. Can?t recommend Fab?s enough.

We have been using FAB cleaning for the past few months on a monthly schedule. Yes scheduling can be a little tricky, we schedule one or two months at a time, and for longer than that, it would take a confirmation email to actually get the cleaning done. That said, the cleaning quality is impeccable. I especially appreciate that the team moves small furnitures and items on tables/shelves for the best cleaning, as my previous cleaner (at a different address) would not do that and often leave a "halo" of dust around an object. And our kitchen and bathrooms shine after each cleaning. Overall I enjoyed the quality of work and plan to continue working with them.

Fabs cleaning could work for you if you have a lot of time and patience to deal with no-shows and run arounds. I got a monthly cleaning service. They were fine for 3 months (cleaning was good, showed up on time) and after that they didn't show for 2 appointments. First time, Adrianna emailed me saying she didn't get my email confirming the appointment (my email was included in her reply, so clearly she got it!). I thought such things could happen, so went ahead and rescheduled. They showed up on time, but dragged my furniture on our newly finished hardwood floors leaving a > 6 inch scratch. I called Adriana to report this, and she said she would bring someone to estimate the cost of repair, etc. She didn't show up and gave me the run around for 3 weeks telling me each time (when I called) she would stop by that week. The final straw was when they didn't show up for the next cleaning appointment and didn't give me any notice. I emailed her saying she missed another appointment and that I couldn't work with her any more and didn't even get an apology in reply. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone. Updated in response to the Fabs cleaning response below: I sent the check for the last cleaning as requested by Adraina. It is NOT TRUE that I did not pay them for the last cleaning. I have kept my end of the deal every single time, I have not heard from her yet regarding the ex-husband's visit. I've given up on her ever following up. I stand by my original review.

Cleo is the best cleaning lady we've ever had, we couldn't be happier!

When I called Fabs, Maisa answered the phone (a pleasant surprise) and offered to meet my husband that day for an estimate. My husband's impression was one of take-charge professionalism. Maisa walked around the house, asking many questions and providing immediate feedback on how she would approach the job. She took my email info and said she would have an estimate that day; she sent an email that evening with the cost and a rundown of what she planned to do. We scheduled the cleaning for a few weeks out and had a few back-and-forth emails to confirm the time. Maisa was prompt to reply each time I emailed her. The day of the appointment, Maisa and her colleague arrived right on time (5 min early), did a walk-through of the house and got right to work ? I was immediately impressed and knew we were in good hands. A few hours into the job, Maisa showed me their progress on the upper floors (amazing how clean they got the grungy bathrooms!) and they continued on. 5 hours later, the job was done and I was thrilled with what they were able to accomplish ? the difference their hard work made was amazing. Maisa and her colleague were upbeat and very sweet, very positive ? I would recommend Fabs to anyone and I just wish we lived in their service area so we could take advantage of their work on our own home!

I've had a very good experience with this service. Adrianna was prompt in her response to my inquiry and has been reliable and friendly and done a good job. The price is fair and Adrianna is a pleasure to deal with.

Was responsive and punctual. I would rate the quality of the cleaning as average to below average at best. They didn't clean behind anything, didn't dust the corners near ceilings, missed huge sections of dirt on walls. The place lacked the sparkle you would receive from a first rate cleaning. Overall, surprised at the service quality given the many positive reviews.

Overall, well worth the money!!!

set up appointment for estimate through angie's list- and then via text last week confirmed an appointment to set up a time for an estimate. no one showed. texted to say missed appointment and response was "omg. let me call you in five minutes." waited all day and no response. disappointing experience. *** update **** received text claiming that they DID leave me a voicemail and that I need to immediately remove my review since they left a message. When I did not remove review, I received repeated texts and calls from them saying that I need to remove my review immediately. Nothing came in on my phone- or in my voicemail. will leave it up to you to decide how to view this company.

FAB! They are great! Very professional and very thorough!

Everything was handled by email (which was perfect for me), and I had no problem getting responses. We had Maisa over for an estimate to clean our apartment, which took a couple of days to arrange (the delay was on us, not them, and they were very accommodating). After that, we decided to have them come in and clean the next week, and they did a phenomenal job. When we came home, it was totally spotless, something we never thought possible. We were happy enough that we are going to go ahead and start having them come in every couple of weeks. As far as price, it was a little more expensive than we hoped, but still pretty reasonable. The first cleaning was $200, and the bi-weekly cleanings will be $125. However, with the quality and response we have so far seen, it'll be worth every penny.

Great, professional cleaning service. A little pricey but they answered the phone the first time, showed up for an estimate the same day, scheduled cleaning within 48 hours and actually showed up to do it. There was a lot of dust in the space and some remains which is probably inevitable but for the money and the fact that there was no furniture I was a little surprised. We had some construction going on in the house which prevented some spaces from being cleaned and they are coming back to finish that up. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again given how professional and responsive they are - very nice to work with and I'd consider scheduling them for regular cleaning.

I have been using Fab's Cleaning service for almost a year now. I live in a 1 bdr loft that is roughly 1000 sq feet. Maisa came out and did an estimate right away and we started using her services a week or so later The girls always arrive on time, like to the minute (with Boston traffic mind you), and always do a wonderful job. They are normally here for about an hour to hour and a half. We have them come every two weeks and it's well worth it. Sometimes I will have to leave for business abruptly so I have to cancel my appointment. I simply send Maisa a text message and it's all set. She has been really great. I am in the process of purchasing a home and will gladly use Fab's cleaning service in my new home!

Adrianna came to quote our place about a year ago. We own a two family home in Wakefield and even though that is outside their normal realm, gave a great price ($80/monthly) and even offered a discount for cleaning my brother's apartment as well (he lives below us). I felt completely comfortable with Adrianna and her team as soon as I met them. I wish it was in our budget to have them come weekly, but the "deep clean" they get monthly really does the trick!

I'm very happy with our new cleaning service, I hope they still doing as great as its now!

These ladies did a great job cleaning my house. I have used Groupon in the past for house cleaners and always found that you get what you pay for. If you want a deep cleaning it is worth the money to have this company clean for you. I am 30 weeks pregnant and cleaning is becoming more difficult for me so this was a much needed service for us.

Adriana is very friendly she came over and looked around the house. She is very responsive. They are responsive to things that I feel needs extra cleaning like around the toilet or in the kitchen. Great job! makes my life so much easier.

I set up an initial consultation with Fab cleaners. The woman never showed up for the consultation. When I called her to see if she was running late (30 min after scheduled time), she didn't even know she had the appointment. She then went on with a list of excuses, did not apologize, and was rude. I will not be using their services!

Adriana and her team (three others) arrived right on time, and got to work right away while I gate Adriana a tour of the house. I left them to it. When I returned that evening, I was mostly very pleased, except that I noticed that they did not clean the dark scuff marks off the white painted stairs. At first I thought that it was because those were permanent stains, but when I tried rubbing the marks with my wet finger, the marks started to come off. I have since gotten the stairs clean with a magic eraser. I was disappointed, because these were very noticeable marks, and so while everything else was quite clean, these marks really should have been easily taken care of. I thought that the $450 (i had a $15 coupon) that they charged seemed a bit steep, given this oversight, and the fact that the house was empty and already quite clean. Nevertheless, I probably would hire them again. The staff was friendly and professional.
