Maisa and Adriana are wonderful! They very promptly responded to my initial request for a price quote and came out to our house to meet us and do a quote right away. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule. After the walk-through they emailed me a with a quote right away and it was very fair ($170 for the initial cleaning (2-3hrs), then $140 for each cleaning monthly. They were able to schedule the initial cleaning right away even though it was a busy time of year (right after the holidays). They did an AMAZING job! cleaned everything! things I didnt even know needed cleaning. got grime out of our shower that I had tried on my own with multiple types of products! I was so happy and impressed!!!! They folded blankets, tidied up a bit. All we had to do was leave a key for them, leave a check on the counter, and leave a trash bag and paper towels. They brought all the cleaning supplies and tools. We are SO thrilled with their work we will definitely use them from now on!

Fab's is Fabulous! My first contact was with Maisa. She was so punctual and responsive. Very flexible with my schedule. She came to my house to access the property for a bi-weekly cleaning. My wife was nervous about having someone we don't know in the house, but not after meeting Maisa! She was very professional and friendly, and told us all the little details that her team would perform. This was a very comfortable situation. First cleaning - Great! It was so nice to come home to a clean house! Everything was done to perfection. They even changed the sheets on the beds! On ours, they vacuumed all of the dog hair off of the comforter! I don't even do that! All we provide is a roll of paper towels. They provide all of the green cleaners! Isn't that nice? And they take the trash out when the are finished. Needless to say. we have signed on for their regular service. I don't think we could have been happier with this experience! Thank you Maisa and your team!

I have used Feb Cleaning several times now. They do a very thorough job and my house looks great! Very good at confirming the appointment and arriving when they say they will be there. I look forward to the coming every time! Very impressed by the quality of their work.

We hired Fab's for cleaning of our house following construction done in every room in our house (water damage). They were responsive and punctual, however, they did not do a thorough job. Dust was still visible on a number of surfaces, including the floors, the crib mattress was not wiped clean, kitchen drawers that were supposed to be cleaned were not (but they were rearranged), the air vent was covered in dust, and little paint spots were still left on the wood floors. When I approached Adriana about the issues, she apologized for a couple of the missed spots, but when asked about the spots of paint on the floor, she said, "we don't do that." For someone who took on the job of post-construction cleaning, it seems that cleaning paint spots WOULD be included in the job. They also left trash out on our back door overnight (we were not living here at the time) - the animals got to it and there was trash everywhere the next morning. I regret choosing them over another company for the same price. She took $50 off the price. They may be OK for every day normal cleaning, but I would not recommend hiring them for post-construction cleaning.

I've used Fabs Cleaning Services for over three years and can't be happier. They do a fantastic job, are quick, and affordable. For my two bedroom apartment, usually two cleaners show up and they take 30 minutes to clean everything. All of the furniture and floors are spotless and shiny. They do a much better job than I ever could. I would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Great Experience The team of workers at FABS is great. They are pleasant and work very hard. They were detail oriented and we are extremely happy with the results. We were so impressed by their thoroughness that we hired them to clean our school full time. It is so refreshing to have a cleaning service that does everything they promised and more. The school has never looked this good. Maisa personally came by and inspected the work before we paid. We can honestly say we would recommend their service to anyone. Thanks!

Fab's cleaning is very easy to work with and very reliable. We were impressed with the first cleaning appointment; every inch of the house felt clean. We like that they use green chemicals since the house doesn't smell afterwards. They always show up on time and are accommodating to any change of schedule we may have. The pricing is reasonable. The staff is friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Fab's Cleaning.

Small condo, 1040 sq ft, 2 BR, 2 BA. Very nice cleaners, at least one of the pair on-going promised to speak English. Very professional, happy, and good cleaners. House shining & have had them back every 2 wks (once or twice?) since initial date).

I foung Fab's absolutely amazing the cleaning services are exceptional the girls showed up on time and did an amazing job I have 2 cats all the fur is cleaned away my apartment smells so clean. They were professsionl and friendly the cost is reasonable

For a month or 2 Maisa came always along with another girl. One time she had a girl who actually used an abrasive sponge on the inside of my new GE Advantium microwave oven ($1100) & scratched the inside. I was very upset over this. even a layperson would know you can't use abrasive sponge on stainless. Shortly thereafter I was handed over to a pair of her cleaning ladies who were to be my 'permanent cleaners'.& that's when the problems started. One of them did not go a good job at all. I'd come home & find things either not clean enough or something was not done. It was sloppily done. When I complained to Maisa she did call other people who's houses they'd cleaned but they were happy. I couldn't understand it. I finally had it with them because I was still paying for the cleaning & getting a so-so job. NOTE: She was in process of training girls & didn't have anyone else for me. She tried very hard to please me & told me because I'm home more often, I see these things. hortly after that, she told me there is someone coming back to work for her & would be working alone. Her name was Mxxxx & I liked her a lot. She started on Oct 17, 2012 and it ended June 2014. In the beginning for quite a while everything was fantastic. 1st incident occurred in Jan. 2013. Everything happened gradually over a period of 1 1/2 yrs. Whenever I'd pointed something out (only when obvious), she always said she'd try harder the next time and didn't know how to please me. However, in the last 6 months it got worse & the cleaning appeared to look like "only what I can see" was being done, if even that. During the 1 1/2 yrs she was with me, these are in a nutshell (not in any particular order) what I experienced: 1) Coffee mug circle left on left on wooden table in foyer. I couldn't understand why it would've been left if it was just cleaned. It made me wonder... 2) Hardwood floors: a) Upstairs-Every so often I'd see marks on the floor and wondered if they were washed. I could especially tell the sunroom wasn't because it's tiled & lacked that certain shine from using Fabuloso. The times I asked if they were washed she always said, "I washed 2x". It appeared like they were washed maybe every month and a couple of times @ 6 weeks at times. I even called Maisa just to make sure if they're to be washed every 2 weeks & she said yes so I did know they were to be washed each & every time although they weren't. I must say the kitchen & dining hardwood floors were washed each time, just not the rest of house. b) At times I would see residual vomit marks from my cat (which wipes right up). I'd always wipe & wash it but if it was a couple days away from when Maria would come I didn't wash it, I just wiped it up. And when I'd see (depending on how light hit the floor) the residual mark still there after she came, I'd get agitated. More evidence they weren't being washed. c) Downstairs-another time I found the wood floor next to foyer where you walk into from the garage still dirty & gritty! I was barefooted and could tell immediately something was wrong with floor. It was a 5'x5' area. I called & told her they weren't cleaned at all she said "I washed 2xs & would do better next time". I was very upset over that since it's a high traffic & I do pay for a cleaning. d) Another time I spilled a little coffee on the wood floor before I left for work. I left it there because she was coming to clean that day. And when I came home, IT WAS STILL THERE! I even took pics & sent it to her to show her and she told me, "Im not perfect, I washed it 2x & will clean better next time". e) There had been these marks on the living room floor for about 2 mo's that can be seen afar but figured it was just the lighting showing the darker grain so I left it alone. It was a very busy time for me so I never got a chance to check it out thoroughly. When I finally did, it was clear dried up vomit...& wiped right up!! Why was it there all this time when supposedly floors were washed? This proved to me they weren't. d) Downstairs family room-everytime I walked by I'd notice the underneath the end table looked dark underneath & kept forgetting to check to see why. Then I lost my cordless for about 2 1/2 mo's thinking it would just show up. Finally l texted Maria to ask her if she'd seen it while cleaning & she said no. So I decided to do a thorough search...I found it exactly underneath the SAME end table sitting on the floor next to the sofa. I'm wondering why she didn't find it until I took a paper towel to see why it was so dark & it had a layer of black on it (from fireplace). No wonder she didn't find it because it was not being washed @ all! 3. Mxxxx had come to clean this past Christmas Eve. To me it was very obvious none of the floors were washed but vacuumed only, and even at that they were just ok. It did not look like much was done at all except for the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms. Even the 2 bathroom floors didn't look clean. I was extremely disappointed but chose not to say anything since it was @ Christmas time. 4. The last straw happened in this past June. It was the same type of cleaning done this past Christmas Eve, but worse. The foyer floor wasn't clean, both bathroom floors were dirty, glass coffee tables weren't wiped clean, glass shelving was still dusty & marked with body lotion, under end tables and in corners were filthy, pc. of lettuce left on floor, etc etc.. This time I did call her upset &saying it wasn't acceptable & wanted her to come back & clean. The pictures I'm attaching will tell you why I did call.This proved my area's of the house weren't being done and it was only "what I can see". She did come back 2 days later & cleaned it the way it should be and left my door key. I am paying for a clean house every 2 weeks. It started to deteriorate over a period of time gradually to the point I wasn't going to accept it since I do pay my full price every 2 weeks. That is why she left her key. So be careful and check to see you're getting what you pay for. In reference to Maisa's response: My understanding was that Mxxxx was still working for you because she told me she did as recent as May. She cleans other houses with you I think on Thursdays & maybe Fridays, & doesn't get paid a lot because she gets to keep my check in full. So as far as I was concerned, she was under you, at least until then. I assumed this was the truth. When I 1st came to you & experienced my issues of getting inconsistent cleanings each time, I knew you felt bad b/c you didn't have anyone else to send to me & tried very hard to please me. You were short-handed & training girls at the time. Then you mentioned you had someone who just came back from surgery & I could try her. So yes, you tried hard & respect you for that. The only reason I made these comments is b/c like I said, she told me she was still working under & with you cleaning houses. I just spoke up because I feel strongly about getting the service I pay for. I am sorry for our experience but that's what Angieslist is all about.

Maisa and her team did a great job. We hired them every other week for about 5 months until we decided to save some money and stop having them come for the summer, when we will be more more often and will have time to clean ourselves. I am so sad! Silly budgeting! It will be an adjustment to start doing it all myself again. I will say that some weeks were better than others. A few times, we came home and the house looked like a hotel. Folded TP, fluffed pillows, things arranged in new/nicer ways. Others the house was clean but things were a little out of place, like furniture not moved back perfectly or rugs crocked. Some of the team are likely more proficient/conscientious cleaners. But, it was always nice to come home to a clean house! I totally trusted them, too. I haphazardly left change, jewelry, etc out on counters and it was always put into a neat pile close to where I left it. They are very professional and prompt. Good email/text/phone communication. Maisa clearly cares about her business and customers. When the budget frees up a bit and we get busy again, we'll certainly be calling Fab's to come clean our house.

They do an amazing job cleaning the house. I love coming home from work on a day of a cleaning because the house looks amazing. I have a toaster oven I have been scrubbing for years and never looked as clean as I would like, the FAB cleaning team made it look brand new. They do a great job dusting all the blinds and fans which is a plus compared to other cleaning services I have used on the past. All of the cleaning team members and the owner are very friendly. I am very happy with the level of service that they provide and would recommend them to anyone.

We needed a good cleaning after renovation. The hardwood floors were refinished and wall/ceilings painted and all furniture was put to storage. I got two quotes, one from Marisa at $750 and another cleaning company at $600. I asked Maisa to let me know how many people and how long would the job take so I can get an indication of thoroughness. She responded right away, and provided a detail list of what will be done, and assured me that ?At the end your house will be spotless, looking and smelling great as we always do.? So I hired Maisa for the job. It is a good size house and lots of construction dust so I don't mind to pay a little more for a job well done, but my expectation was not met. At the end, the house wasn?t spotless, I see spots on wall/door, dust on the corners of wall panels, shower could be cleaned better and etc. I still have some more cleaning to do after so I can?t say I am satisfied with the cleaning. For the amount we paid for a deep cleaning, I expected a more thorough job.

I was very happy with the work they did. I particularly wanted a cleaning service to keep the bathrooms and kitchen clean and they did a very satisfactory job. They not only clean the house, but also organize your things for you so that the house looks very neat and tidy when they leave. We will be using them on a regular basis.

Started out great. We used Fab's Cleaning for about three years. Gradually the service level deteriorated to the point I called the owner and complained on several occasions. My sense is that if the owner is cleaning at the location, the job is well done; if not, well... Wouldn't recommend.

Maisa and her team were great - they came out gave us a quote and were out to clean the house all in about a week. They did an excellent and thorough job. You can tell when something is just cleaned vs. something is cleaned with care and the job Fabs did was amazing. We will be using Maisa and Fabs on a regular basis going forward.

I wanted a cleaning service primarily because we had some interior work done related to a new heating system. There was a good bit of fine plaster dust and even some fine sawdust in several rooms. In addition, my house was in need of a cleaning aside form the construction related dust. On top of that, several areas of the house were disorganized from moving items to accommodate the construction work that was done. Maisa was able to visit the house to give me a quote. Her price was "for the job", not by the hour. That way there is less chance of disappointment regarding the outcome for both the workers and the home owner. There is also an incentive for the cleaners to work quickly but thoroughly. Maisa gave me a few choices, with the total price dependent on how many rooms were to be cleaned and based on how much organizing and moving of items would be required (if we did most of the prep work the price would be lower). She was able to schedule the cleaning at a time that worked for us, and was very flexible when we asked - close to the cleaning date - to have more work done (at a higher price, of course). She and her team arrived when scheduled and they did an excellent job. They all had a great attitude, too. If you are looking for cleaning services I recommend this company highly.

Adriana and a colleague clean our house every other week and do an absolutely fantastic job. We switched to them after trying another natural cleaning company that just wasn't as detail-oriented. I am quite picky about neatness and cleanliness and only recently started hiring someone to clean our house, but I am so glad we found Fab's! The house looks wonderful when they're done and smells lightly fresh but not of harsh chemicals. Highly, highly recommend them.

Maisa and her team just left, and as I walked through the house I was very pleased with the job that they did - everything smells clean and looks sparkling! She was very prompt in her responses and was able to come out to our house within 3 days of the estimate (a weekend in between) to accommodate my work schedule. She and her team were all lovely people and made me feel very comfortable which is why I didn't mind paying a little extra for the service (based off of asking some friends, looking online). I am very satisfied and look forward to keeping a clean house with the help of Maisa! :)

I contacted them earlier in the week... Adriana came right out to look at the house and find out my needs. She was there the next day doing the work. My house is beautifully cleaned and perfectly organized. I have 2 small dogs that she was comfortable working around. I have already scheduled them to come back on a monthly basis. Their prices are a smidge high but worth the money!

My husband got in contact with Adriana and worked with her directly. He mentioned that she was a very professional, communicated effectively, prompt with time scheduling and was very thorough in cleaning our condo. Definitely A++++ service.

Signed up for cleaning every 4 weeks. They were very friendly and the their cleaning job was thorough. Out of 12 appointments they did not show up for the scheduled day/week 4 times without any advance notice. I ultimately had to switch services.
