From the moment I met Fab, I knew we wanted to go with her. She was responsive and warm (and even liked our cat). We've been using her for a few months now and coming home on days when she's been here is the highlight of my week. Besides doing a great job cleaning, she also makes decorative flourishes like fashioning roses out of toilet paper. I am always eager to see what she's left for us. Seriously though, she has been very flexible, punctual and incredibly reasonably priced.

The service is great. They do a fabulous job, the house always looks great when they are done. They are very respectful and very polite.

I used Angie's List to find them. I met with them and liked them both right away and felt they were clear about what their work would include. I have since been very pleased that they follow through with what they say they will do and are willing to clean specific items I ask for. I highly recommend their company.

Fabiola and her team are very professional and friendly. I had specifically asked for a heavy-duty cleaning of the basement. I was not expecting it to look perfect since it is a (very) unfinished basement, but I was expecting that they would dust the shelves and sweep thoroughly as I had asked them to. Unfortunately, they did not, and I had to spend a day doing these things myself. The team did a decent (but not great) job at cleaning the main part of the house and inside the windows. For example, they did an excellent job cleaning the floors and removing the dust everywhere (we had just had our floors refinished so dust had been a major problem), but they skipped the baseboards and the blinds when they cleaned the kitchen.

Intend to use them on a continuing basis.

Fabiola is responsive, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She takes pride in her work, and wants to make sure that her customers are satisfied. It has been a pleasure to work with her.

I got her for spot cleaning (special occasion cleaning). She has 3-4 people that work with her. I really like the way she works. She is very flexible and very easy to work with. She is very straightforward, treats every one well, as social equals. I like the way she treats her employees. She will switch her schedule around for me. She is just great. Cost is per hour for 3-4 people.

The entire experience went very well. They were very accommodating. Danny met with me to walk through the house and give me an estimate. Since we were moving in on a Saturday, I needed them to come before we moved in. They were unable to come in on Friday but met me at 8 am on Saturday morning, ready for work. They worked for over 3 hours and cleaned the house from top to bottom.

Our house always sparkles when Fabiola leaves. I would love to know what she does to our floors. They look great. I can't say enough about the cleaning. Our house stays so much cleaner now that she and her crew are around. The best part about Fab's service is how easy it is. She's prompt about returning phone calls and emails. She gave us an estimate and references. We set up a schedule with her. Now, she requires no management-- we just leave a check and come home to a shiny and clean smelling house. She has also been quite adaptable when we have special circumstances like family coming and we'd like to change our date. We highly recommend Fabiola and her crew.

They do a great job and are punctual, efficient, and very open to special requests.

I'm very pleased with their service. My needs are a little unusual because I'm extremely unorganized. She has impressed me because she was willing to work with me. She had three of the workers come in for just dusting. The amount of intelligence in house cleaning is very high because they have to know what needs to be cleaned and they need to clean it appropriately. She is intelligent and very hard working. She is able to work around my schedule and clean different things each time. I'm very pleased with her flexibility.

They are great people, if you need anything done. They will do it, cannot say enough about how good they are!

We had a rush to do some work, with relatives coming in for the holidays. They helped clean out quite a bit of dog hair ground into some of our carpets and sofas from our two dogs. They clearly have a strong professional background in cleaning services. Fab's was able to accommodate our last minute schedule, showing a lot of flexibility and customer focus, including requesting feedback on the cleaning, etc. They were very organized, and showed up on time to our somewhat obscure address. They are also friendly and pleasant to work with. A+.

FABRIOLA CHEERFULLY GOES ABOUT HER WORK & WILL DO WHATEVER YOU WANT (REPLACE LIGHT BULBS, ETC.) WHEN ASKED. SHE & HER GIRLS ARE IN & OUT QUICKLY & LEAVE SPARKLE BEHIND THEM.
