We love Maisa and the women she works with. She has a lot of energy and is very sweet. She is very professional, following up quickly to my intial email of interest. She sent a quote quickly after she assessed our house and was very helpful in meeting the time I needed her team to clean my house. I would highly recommend Fab's Cleaning Service!

Maisa and her cleaning crew did an outstanding job for one of my clients. Another cleaner had cancelled and Maisa was able to fit my client in with very short notice. Fab's cleaning did a perfect job every time. From the time I put my house on the market till it was sold they helped make the house look great! Maisa was very professional, punctual and extermely flexible to my schedule, changing cleaning days to fit my needs.The house was cleaned to perfection and nothing was ever missed. I can't wait to get my new home. I will be calling Fab's cleaning again

Maisa and Fab's cleaning did a fantastic job. We have had multiple cleaners and usually find that after the cleaners leave we find areas that we feel could have been cleaned better or were missed. This was *not* the case with Fab's. We didn't find anything that was missed and things overall were exteremely clean. The also worked with us on scheduling and were very flexible.

We had set down prior to their arrival what would be covered in their cleaning fee, however one item, waxing the hardwood floors, was not performed as agreed upon and confirmed verbally. This is the reason for the "B" rating. Other than that, however, they did an good job cleaning out the place, and it looked excellent. They were pleasant to deal with and punctual (actually 15 min early).

It went quite well. The two ladies that came to my house were punctual and very efficient, finishing the entire place in 3 hours. They charged a separate fee for the fridge cleaning but did an excellent job in re-organizing my fridge. They also cleaned the windowsills and the blinds very well. We can't wait until the next cleaning.

I found them on Angie's List and called yesterday for a quote. They were able to come today to do an initial cleaning. They arrived on time and the two of them spent 90 minutes cleaning - exactly the same amount of time it has taken previous services. The quality of their work was excellent and Adriana was very personable and professional. They both seemed to take pride in their work and she chatted with me (and our cats) as she cleaned. Apparently she and her sister Maisa run the business and one of them is at every job, so you feel fairly confident that you will see the same level of care and attention each time. She quoted me $100 to clean every other week for a house of our size (with cats) and that was the upper end of what Maisa estimated on the phone. Compared to 2 other firms we tried, the quality was as good or better and the price was within the lower end of the range ($95-140). So we chose to sign them on - hopefully our future experiences will be as good as today's.

I contacted the Fab's Cleaning folks via email two weeks ago to inquire about prices, and they came in to do an estimate in under 24 hours. The owners are polite and friendly (they loved our dog, even though he barked at them), and generally seem enthusiastic about their work. They proposed a price ($140 for the initial cleaning and $70/week thereafter) and we scheduled yesterday's cleaning. I could not believe my eyes when I got home - the house is spotless, the furniture looks like new again, and they cleaned things I didn't even realize could be cleaned. The tea kettle on the stove is shining like the first day we bought it - they managed to get years worth of stove spatter and dust off it's sticky surface. They really went above and beyond - even scrubbing out a truly nasty bathroom trash bin that we should probably have discarded as a health hazard a while back. They're coming back next week, and I am looking forward to living in a beautifully clean home!

Fab's Cleaning Service does an excellent job. They are professional, fast and very friendly. They arrived promptly, didn't stop moving from the moment they got here and went from room to room. Everything was spotless, fresh smelling and immaculately clean.

After some surgery, I needed help with cleaning, putting clothes away, and organizing.They were prompt, very nice, and did an amazing job! I plan to continue using them. I have used other housecleaning services in the past, and no one comes to close to the thoroughness and professionalism that I got from Fab's.

I first started using Fab Cleaning when I was moving out of my rented apartment and needed someone on short notice to come in and do a 'move out' cleaning of that apartment (close to Newton) and then a 'move in' cleaning of the condo I was purchasing (North Shore). Adriana and Maisa were very responsive and willing to negotiate on price. They were flexible with timing - I was able to leave the door unlocked at both locations and just have them lock up on their way out. I now have them coming to my new condo on a monthly basis. They've had to deal with dust from painters and crown molding installation and piles of boxes and furniture stacked everywhere while they've had to clean and they've still done a "fab"-ulous job! This last cleaning in particular was right before my parents came to visit and check out the new condo for the first time. As usual, Fab Cleaning did a great job cleaning the condo! My parents especially appreciated the little touches like the "hotel-style" towel and toilet paper designs in the guest bathrooms. :o) They had a great time and really liked our new place... little do they know the disaster area it was only a few weeks ago! LOL We owe a lot of the transformation to the cleaning prowess of Adriana and Maisa...

Two women came on time to give us an estimate. They emailed back the next day and gave us a very fair price. They arrived to clean on the appointed date -- three women for two hours -- and did an excellent job. they were cheerful and pleasant to be with -- and I will have them back again next week.

Adrianna is very pleasant, personable, efficient, businesslike and smart. I had been a little concerned that cleaners would balk upon seeing the extent of work that needed to be done. If this crew was intimidated, they certainly never let it show. The three moved through the place in a very orderly, practiced manner, and finished in the 2 hours quoted. At the end I was presented with "my new oven" and "my new refrigerator" -- and they looked it! I am very pleased with the experience, and will consider hiring Fab's on a regular basis to maintain my new home.

Great experience. They came out to give me an estimate and were able to accommodate my timing. They arrived on time and my apartment was spotless in less than two hours, including the range and refrigerator! It even smelled great. I will definitely utilize Fab for my new house.

I had birth party on my Apartment and a friend of mine told about his little remodeling project and he used fab's Painting to do the paint job, He was so happy with the results. So I decide to try fab's to paint my apt , and they give me a good price and they did a great job , no drips on floor , cover all furniture with plastic , Drop cloths to cover the floors. I have no one bad thing to say about them , from now one I will recommend fab's Painting to all my friends.

Excellent, they showed up 5 minutes early, they fit me in to thei schedule so came at 7:30AM which as great. The brought everything and asked only if I could supply paper towels which was no problem.

They provide a great service. I used to clean houses when I was in college. In my opinion they do as good a job as I use to, and at a very reasonable price.

They were professional and organized. After the initial call to set up the appointment, she called back to confirm the date and time. The night before she called again to tell us that she would call 10 minutes before they got to the condo. The night before (due to a cancellation) I called to ask if they would be willing to wax the hardwood floors and without hesitation she added that to our job the next day. They did a great job! I highly recommend FAB Cleaning!

Overall, it was a good experience. They were very responsive, did a very good job and charged reasonable prices.

After our roof was replaced with new roofing, we found that our "attic" apartment (2 rooms) was covered in black fallout from the ceiling (which is unfinished). We had guests coming to use this space, so we had to find a cleaning team fast. Fab visited us the next day after our call, and he scheduled a team of two to clean the space several days later. The two cleaning ladies he assigned to the job did a terrific job cleaning up the dust and other fallout from the roofing work, including the bathroom fixtures which were covered. We were extremely pleased with their work, and we were especially pleased that Fab could get it done on time.

They were fantastic. They were prompt, efficient, pleasent to deal with. Also, the price was reasonable.

They are very prompt. They are always on time and are very thorough. They do a good job. Everything is well cleaned and they are very respectful. They come in when my kids are taking a nap and they don't disrupt them. The owner is part of the cleaning group and he comes with two other people. They are good.

They clean our house once every two weeks. We started using Fab's because local people recommended them. They are owned by a couple and one of them is always present when they clean. We have used them about two years. We will continue with them.
