Fab's Cleaning Services

Maisa and her team of cleaners were fantastic! They were easy and friendly to work with and did a great job in cleaning up after a home renovation. It was very dusty and a large house, and she did a very thorough job. There were a few places that I felt were still dusty and she was very accomodating about it. She came back the next day and cleaned over those areas again. The house is sparkling!

From their initial cleaning (which cost $200) a couple of months ago, to the now-weekly cleaning ($100) Adriana and Leila have done a super job, and I am SO happy to have found them on Angie's List. Not only are they hard-working, fabulous cleaners, but they both couldn't be nicer people. I look forward to seeing them every week, as do my dogs (they love dogs and are wonderful with them). Their attention to detail is terrific, and I REALLY appreciate all their help. They even wash my brick floors, which are incredibly tough to wash. And not only that, they are always right on time (an added bonus)! Adriana and Leila are wonderful people and I highly recommend Fab's Cleaning.

I got them off the list. It is a pair of sisters that own the business. I spent $180 for that service. My experience was okay and not great. Mayasa was very friendly and cooperative. We agreed what they would clean, but they did not do the whole job. I asked them to clean the kitchen cabinets and this was an empty apartment, so there was not much to clean. The main things were the bathroom and the kitchen. They did a pretty good job of cleaning the kitchen, but I discovered that the oven wasn’t completely cleaned and the top of the cabinets which I specifically asked them to clean was not cleaned at all. The rest of the kitchen wasn’t great, but was pretty good. She told me that she would stay as long it needs, but she only stayed for 2 hours, so for that was a lot of money and was $90 an hour. I needed proof of payment because I arranged that this would be partly paid for by the people that moved out and it was impossible to get a decent invoice out of them. I eventually decided to make my own, so they were not very professional in that sense.

We had a great experience with Fab's. I made a mistake on the time we had arranged for my estimate. Adriana came right over anyway to accommodate my schedule. A week later after the team cleaned our house it was immaculate. It was the first time since we bought our new home that I could walk barefoot throughout the first floor without picking up any dust, sand or dirt on my feet! We still have rooms with a lot of boxes and I could tell that they cleaned those rooms as much as they could--even though I told her I didn't expect them to. They use all organic products and there was no heavy cleaner smell when I walked into our home. I was very impressed with my initial interactions with Adriana and knew after meeting her that she and her team would do a great job. I was not disappointed.

The initial contact was prompt and very cordial. However, when I followed up with a request for a quote I got no response. If this is an indication of the service I won't be using them.

It was a great experience. They came out at 7:30 on the day of our move and left around 12:30. Everything looked great. They did windows, got rid of a lot of dust and debris from construction as well as made the place shine.

We contacted Fab's Cleaning because we never did our spring cleaning this year, and the house was feeling a little neglected. Not truly dirty, but just sort of dingy. Adriana arranged a visit that fit in our schedule, and gave an estimate over the phone. We had a little scheduling confusion on the day of our appointment, but once that was resolved, Adriana and her companion came right away. They began work immediately on arrival, and worked steadily for about 3 hours, moving together from one room to the next. They used only non-toxic products, so we didn't have to be concerned about our dogs. Throughout, they were cheerful, polite, and eager to make sure we were satisfied with their work, which we were. The house was clean and very pleasantly freshened ? just the pick-me-up we needed. Other cleaning services have moved small objects (vases, picture frames, etc.) around to clean, but then put them back any old way; Fab's made sure to put everything back in order, or as closely as they could. That was also much appreciated.

Excellent. We couldn't be more happy with their service. They are very professional and nice and do a very good job. You usually deal with one of the owners, who is usually present at each cleaning and comes with one or two assistants. I also like how I can communicate with them over SMS tex, which makes setting up appointments extremely convenient.

Maisa Miranda is the contact person. They are outstanding. I pay them every time they come out, which is $82.90. They are excellent, reliable and consistent. They do a good job. They show up on time as well. I have been using them for a month and a half now. They are punctual and courteous.

I arranged for fab's to clean my parent's home. They arrive on time and they efficiently perform the tasks we arranged for with minimal disruptions to my elderly parent's routines. I am not there most of the time when Fab's comes but my parents are happy with their service.

they were very flexible and tried to accommodate my tough schedule for both estimates and cleaning. Entire cleaning process took about 2 hours and they did a great job.

I don?t remember the estimated cost. Everybody was professional. I?ve never had any problems. I don?t really remember why I didn?t go with them. I ended up going with someone else because a friend of mine recommended, since they had done work before in the building. I would probably contact them in the future again.

She was prompt, easy to talk with and seemed very professional. Unfortunately the only day/time available to her didn't work with my schedule. I would recommend her at least as far as the estimate process.

They were very good and very thorough. The house smelled very good. We ended up going with another company that would give us a lower rate for monthly cleaning. They were very great and if we could afford them I would have them back.

They do a great job. They are very attentive to details. At one point, I asked to switch to "green" cleaning products and they had no problem with doing this. They are very flexible if, from time to time, I need them to do a more "heavy duty" cleaning, and are flexible on times. I recommend them!

I think they do a good surface level job. I don't think they get very deep into cleaning, which is fine, but then I think they are expensive. Two of them show up and then they are only here for 30-45 minutes. I am looking for other people to come in and clean. They are very nice ladies. I just think they could do a more thorough job or charge less. I moved from a place where I paid one person $60.00 for 4 hours. I think they should atleast stay 2 hours. I think $60.00 is a lot for 30 minutes. They are nice and reliable; it's really the money issue. I feel as if they are taking advantage of me a little bit. If I find someone who is more reasonable then I will not be using them anymore.

Very professional presentation. Principals spoke English well. Good rapport. Good: They sent an email reminder the night before they were coming. Bad: Schedule was not fixed, though, so sometimes I would find out in the morning and would have to call them to cancel and then wait until the next scheduled week. I asked them to send an email a couple of days prior, but we never succeeded in getting earlier notification. Good: The big areas, stuff you see right off -- kitchens, bath, vacuuming, and dusting -- were spotless Mediocre: The rest of the cleaning was mediocre, even from the beginning I needed to point out missed spots almost every visit. I am not picky, but I think cleaners should not need to be reminded of spider webs in corners, fingerprints around door handles, and dusty baseboards, etc. Reality: On the other hand, I have not had luck with other cleaners around these same issues, so they are not worse than other companies by any means.

They are unbelievably quick for the high quality of the cleaning. Wonderful to have in our home (none of the hostile, resentful attitude that can pop up in a situation such as this). Adriana is definitely a motivated, detail-oriented person and it shows in the quality of her work. She cares and that is worth so much.

I spent $90 for a monthly cleaning. They are an excellent company. They are well organized and prompt in their communication around issues. As a housecleaner they are incredibly thorough and detailed oriented. They pay attention to detail and they are prompt and efficient. I get more for the service than what I pay for. I'm using them next month.

Her name is Miranda. She is great and she is wonderful. She does a very thorough job of cleaning. She is punctual and reliable. I am very happy with her. She is very professional and it is a very good cleaning service. I will absolutely continue to use her.

They came and did a one-time clean before Christmas. They did a very good job, so we set up regular service with them. I couldn't be happier. They were on time. Their communication is great. They are very polite. They come with a team of three people, and they're done in two hours. Our dogs aren't barking their heads off for very long, because they are in and out. The price is great, and the work that they do is great, too.

The people from Fab's Cleaning Services clean the kitchen, bathrooms, living room and also upstairs. I like them. They are very reliable and they clean pretty well. I don't know when they come to clean as I am not at home.

This could not have gone any better. I was arriving at the townhouse and had guests arriving a few days later. I selected Fab Cleaning based on the Angies List reviews and it proved to be an excellent choice. I called one evening and left a message on their machine. Maisa called me the next morning. She arranged to come view the house the first weekday after my arrival. She arrived right on time, surveyed the house, asked about what I was looking for and explained their services. She left and within a couple hours emailed me with the quote. I emailed back, accepted the quote and she then agreed,despite a busy schedule, to fit me in two days later since I had guests arriving. On that day she arrived right on time with her colleague Daisy and they proceeded to do a very thorough and professional job cleaning the house. We have appliances, countertops and floors that really show any small smudge. All these were sparkling clean. Afterwards the house looked better than it had in ages. I am really pleased and plan to use them for any future cleaning needs.
