During a thunderstorm my power went out and when it came back on my air handler made a loud racket. I called Custom Climate Concepts because they installed my air conditioner in 2010. JT Miller arrived around 7:30 p.m and was able to immediately diagnose my problem, a bad fan motor. Due to the late hour I had to wait until the next day for a technician to return with the warranty part. George Rupert returned to repair the unit and it is working great. Every encounter I have had with them has been excellent. They are a small family company and they treated me like a member of their family. I am a 77 year old widow and I wouldn't trust anyone else in my home.

The overall experience was great! The office staff was efficient and extremely friendly. Darrell A. came out within 30 minutes of me contacting the office. He got right to work tearing the unit apart and found the shorted wiring almost instantly! He repaired my unit, and I was cooling again within an hour of calling Custom Climate Concepts! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service and an honest company. I did my research before I called, and all I can say, is do NOT judge a book by it's cover, this company is excellent!!!!!

They sent an amazing technician named Guy. He explained everything very thoroughly to both of us. He took us outside to show us our drain line had been clogged, how he cleared it, and what we could do to prevent future clogs. He went above and beyond by going into our attic when we mentioned some unevenly cooling rooms, we were absolutely thrilled with the service. We will be signing a maintenance contract with them.

They are a rip off. The A/C system installation was a good price, but when I called them back to clean my ducts they charged a proposterous amount.

The salesman led me to believe that both phases of the job had to be done immediately. Before you have a chance to think about it, they have workmen on hand. It was my understanding that duct work should have be done when the AC system was replaced and not turned into a separate job and hopelessly overpriced. This company preys on the elderly retired folks who have second homes up north and my not be sophisticated enough to know that there are air conditioning companies that act more like vultures than honest businessmen. I should have known better, but I advise to get three bids for local people.

The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. He helped get the shelf out of my closet for access to the crawl space. He explained the parts needed and why and told me the cost before hand.

My air conditioner is 11 year old and I know it probably doesn't have much time left. Last week all of a sudden it wouldn't turn on at all. After seeing the "60 minutes" episode where the a/c companies take advantage of the unsuspecting homeowners, I was very hesitant to call a repairman. Perfect Weather came highly recommended to me from a good friend of mine. Not only did he travel 60 miles to get to my house that same day, but he fixed the problem and charged me $159. ( I had prepared myself to pay $3500 for a new unit). I would most certainly recommend them to all of my friends and to anyone else who is having A/C trouble.
