Description of Work: Tim came out and took a layout of the kitchen. Then we went in and chose our products. Roger came back I UT and remeasured. We went in and finalized the plan and we were told that Tim would call with our price and that is the last contact we have had. No price no job! I find them very unprofessional and would not recommend them to remodel my dog house.it

Description of Work: they came out as scheduled but proceeded to tell my partner things that were untrue, they said we had been informed the schedule to do this job was mid summer, that was completely false, we were never told that and I would not have wasted 1 more second on this contact had they been honest up front. Their pricing is extremely high, it appeared like they were aware it was a flip home and they used to flip homes so it seemed important to not let someone else be successful in this industry, therefor by providing a high quote it would delete all profit..

Description of Work: I called Tim to provide a quote for an investment property I'm working on. He got back with my right away, showed up on time and was very professional! It was clear that he was experienced and knowledgeable and I had all the confidence that he would do a great job for us. His estimate was very organized and easy to read and he was passionate about his work. The quote unfortunately was on the higher side (as he warned me in advance) for this job, and he did not make a great effort to follow up with me past that point to try and negotiate a lower price -- which is understandable. I would definitely consider doing business with him in the future when the cost makes sense for the job and I would gladly recommend him to others!

Description of Work: Tim is a true professional. We have visited about a large bathroom renovation, he came back with a designer who added his suggestions, then sent me a floor plan for changes. We are currently in the process of making plans for work to be done in the Fall or winter. I am very happy with his support and advise so far..
