Could not have been happier. They provided a decorator to help select colors. Crew of three painters were meticulous and very professional. Highly recommend them.

I called certa pro and was given a time and day for "Mike "to arrive to our home and give us an estimate. He was on time as planned the same day that I called certa pro. He took approximately 2 hours with us to go over what services we needed: Interior painting of a 15 hundred square foot home. walls,trim,doors and kitchen cabinets. When he quoted our cost, because the home hadn't been moved into with exception of a bed, chairs and table, he gave us a 10% discount for not having to move funiture. Upon agreement he said we would pay upon completion and after a "wet walk through" was completed. Mike was very polite and professional. The painters arrived the next morning with supplies and ready to work. They continued painting for 5 days always on time. Always professional and polite and asking us questions if there was one while they did their work. They took lunch breaks that never exceded 30 mins to an hour it that. Brian, Rubin and John were extremely polite and professional. These guys worked well together and kept on task. We will use this company again!!

Before obtaining estimates I put together a project plan that I could present to each prospective paint company. It included exact preparation work expected, power wash wanted, what to paint, and exact colors (including paint codes). This made the estimate process go smooth and discussions of could be done and how. CertaPro won the bid based on timeliness and price. The boys showed on the agreed date and began the power wash. They also dug back a little from the foundation of the home. Repaired the stucco cracks and flaws. Painting began 24 hours later with first a sealer coat to the home. Then 24 hours later painting of the home. No surprises colors were as expected. Finally the floors and sidewalks were sealed. Afterwards a number of walkarounds were conducted by me with each painter to look for any missed spots. I was working with professionals, they saw things quicker than I could point out. People are still commenting about the front door, it is awesome. I job came out as planned for sure. The only unplanned discussion concerned stucco repair around porch arches. A design flaw in the home allows metal supports to get exposed with resulting rust. The problem was resolved with a reasonable solution after discussions with neighbors with the same problem.

The estimate was done quickly and was competitive with others we had obtained. The work was scheduled for our convenience, even on a Saturday. The job was completed on time. Roy and Kris took pride in the job and made suggestions about colors that improved the outcome of our project. We have had many positive comments from neighbors!

Never got a quote, so we have no experience with their work.

Roy and the boys did a great job. They were neat and cleaned up as they went along. We did not see any splatters or over paints and the line was crisp where the wall met the ceiling. I would definitely hire them again for more painting jobs.

There were a couple of issues. The subcontractors that they hired to do the pressure washing of the house got chlorine under our sliding glass door and it bleached the new carpet. There was no offer to fix the carpet. They did not properly seal up our front door when they were sanding so we had dust everywhere inside and we had to clean that up. The windows had a film after the pressure washing as well. The painters did do a pretty good job of the painting however. They did give the lowest bid for the price.

They were very very good. They arrived on time to work and finished the work when they said they would. They worked very hard and the quality they provided for the price was well worth it.

We have a Condo and I wanted to get the interior painted white. They were extremely nice and got right down to business. They went and took a look at everything and I have no doubt that they are a good painting company because that is what they do. I just don’t have the money that they want right now for painting the condo. That is the only reason I did not use them. I have no complaints about them and they were very good. They came the day they said they would come.

Very professional from the beginning - set up estimate with ease. They were able to start painting immediately (which was a huge positive due to my tight time window of moving in). Sent 4 painters and completed the job very quickly and professionally. The owner, Roy Jaime, was very friendly and professional, and insists his crew does a quality job. Came back multiple times to ensure work was completed satisfactorily. Prompt and curteous, and fair on price. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Very pleased with the results.

They did a great job. I didn’t have any problems with them and they were great. I will use their services again in the future.

Went well...showed up fast for estimate and e-mailed estimate next day. did some scheduling adjustment around my timing and also rainy weather. showed up when promised and finished when promised

The house was power washed on a Saturday, the painting began the following Monday and was completed within a week.

Estimate process was painless. I will consider usiong them in the future.

They were on time and they gave me a quote and the details about what they do. Their price ended up being high; they broke each price down but when you added it all together they were higher than others.

The bidding was very professional. The staff was very nice and professional. They did a very good job and brought in an extra man when it appeared that they might not finish by the agreed date.

I found them through Angie's List. I think that they were very professional. They called back to see what I had decided and they are very quick to return their all. Their service is excellent and I feel that you get what you pay for and they are a good service company. The only reason I didn't consider them was because they were not the cheapest estimate that I had received.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I LOVE THE WAY IT LOOKS NOW. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY NEAT. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
