Painted the entire outside of my very large two story stucco home which has a lot of complex exterior trim and required three colors. They were prompt throughout this extensive project. They were exceptionally detailed and careful and protected all surfaces that were not to be painted (widows, aluminum trim, etc). The project included power washing, scraping as needed, repairing a significant split on the second floor and repairs to corroded aluminum trim near the pool. Re-caulked all windows. Worked diligently throughout this two week process which required scaffolding, ladders, pool cage screen removal and replacement, etc. They used two coats of top quality paint. Their price was very competitive with other quotes I obtained and I couldn't be happier with the result.

Terry and Jim were awesome. They showed up promptly and when they left each day they completely cleaned up. They were awesome.

The painters arrived promptly each day. They were very neat, meticulous, and the entire job was of high quality. The price was fair and a good value for the amount of work done, and the high quality of the work. At the end they cleaned everything up. It all looks great. Definitely would hire them again.

It is two weeks later and I have not discovered anything that would need repainting. Men cleaned and removed tape etc. They worked hard and cleaned up nicely.

The paint job itself was excellent, with top quality paint products. On the job crew chief was a combating and easy to work with. His work was superb. Salesman, Kris, was extremely easy to work with and followed upon all subsequent issues. Communication between the owner of the franchise, the salesman, and the head painter (Julio) was broken on several occasions. As a result, our job took 2 days longer than we expected it to take.

Very easy to set up. Great priced. Work was completed on time and the crew did a good job cleaning up. We were able to choose paint color for doors directly at local sherwin Williams. I am very pleased with the process and work performed.

When I didn't hear back from another provider, I reached out to CertaPro and heard back from the owner immediately. A home visit was scheduled for the very next day and I had an emailed quote by end of day. We thought the price reasonable for the amount of square footage that was to be covered. The team of two painters were very professional and courteous. They started and completed the project on schedule. They cleaned up the work area at the end of each day which allowed full use of the rooms. The completed project looks great and I would absolutely recommend CertaPro, plus will use them again in the future.

We had just purchased our home. The previous owners had painted the entire house very dark colors, including the ceilings. Roy came out and provided a quote. He also offered several suggestions we had not considered. It was a big job and required several days. The work was done on-time and was of high quality. Roy even sent in a cleaning person after his painters left to remove any splattered paint they had missed. When we are ready to paint the outside of our house, we will be giving CertaPro a call.

The crew arrived promptly when they said they would. The crew immediately set to work and had the ceiling primed, took down all of the doors, and primed some of the walls, all by lunch time. After lunch they finished priming the walls. On the second day they applied a second coat of primer, sprayed the doors and started to apply the first coat of paint. On the final day, they applied yet another coat of paint and took care of some areas that were difficult to cover. We were really worried since my relatives were heavy smokers before they passed. Our worries were unfounded and the crew did a FANTASTIC job.

They came out with an estimate. We told him what we wanted and we set up the date. We picked out the colors and they set up the paint with the colors that we wanted. It took them three days to do the whole house including ceilings and closets. I had four accent walls and they did that at no extra charge. It was a good deal with a two-year guarantee. They were excellent on their clean-up and they were very professional. They had a supervisor among the people who were painting and their boss came out and checked on them. He wanted to know if I was happy with their work. I thought their price was good. They charged us more because they had to move the furniture, which I understood because we couldn't move it.

The workers were professional and thorough in the process. There was some question about whether or not everything was going to happen in the allotted time, but all worked out. My only lower mark was due to some miscommunications during the popcorn removal process and the wallpaper removal. Finally, there was a minor misunderstanding about payment method. The Angie's site clearly notes AMEX and Roy did not take that, but was flexible with either Visa or MC. Great company. Great crews doing the work. Job well done and to my satisfaction.

They came agreed to come back to our house to fix the cracks in the lanai again after we noticed the cracks had become visible again. They fixed them free of charge and it looks like they did a better job this time. I was disappointed to see that our garden hose was still running when we got home that night and the hose was fully unraveled and tangled in the bushes.

They were a little difficult to get a hold of at first, but once I got a hold of them James was very quick. He put me on hold and they set the whole thing up for me. They were just great. I was persistent in contacting them and they absolutely responded when I got in touch.

We closed on our home and had 5 days to get all the painting and new flooring installed. CertraPro painters arrived on Monday morning and completed their work by Wednesday. They were very professional - I never had to clean up after them. They arrived on time and worked until the work was completed. We are very happy with their service and would recommend their services.

It was far less disruptive than I had imagined and we felt very comfortable with Terry in the house. The work took 2 days. Terry should have started the week before but was unable to. It didn't matter as the work was done well within the time limit I had stipulated.

After my initial call to the office, Roy came out to my home the next day to give me an estimate. We were on a timeline and they helped us get everything together. Hired on the spot .. I thought he was very personable and professional. As stated prior, the crew was done a day ahead of schedule so we asked them to paint our guest bedroom and bath. Reasonably priced and I would definetely hire them again. The crew supervisor Julio was very knowledgable and polite. Any spills were taken care of immediately. Roy Jamie came out at the appointed time for the estimate. I was having the house and roof pressure washed by another company. He gave me a credit for pressure washing the house. I needed the house painted quickly due to travel commitments. He provided the quote on the spot and committed to getting the house done within 4 days. He sent a three man crew out that worked like a machine. They were very professional, expert and quick. Came with 7 year warranty on material and workmanship. I was pleased with the result.
