I called them on the same day they provided the service. I am very grateful. Their technician couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. If I have occasion to call them for service again, I would request Ronald, the man who came out.

I was not getting any hot water. Did not know if it just needed the flush or to be completely replaced. Somehow, emergency switch got switched off. He flipped it on and and it worked fine. Did not do water flush or anything else but still charged an $89 fee which contradicted what they told me on the phone earlier that morning.

Had had a previous call to clean out toilet drain. 2 wks later, was plugged again. That was when root stoppage was detected. Did temporary repair. Came back at their convenience ( my request) and completed repair previously described. I was not present when repairs were made.h

Some confusion between the sales person and the workers but it worked it self out. It took longer than planned due to the rain and they had to stop several times. But overall they did a wonderful job. The workers were polite and very concerned if they were making too much of a mess. I bought tarps for them to put the dirt into. They cleaned up everyday where my pool deck was clean and free of any loose dirt. I really appreciated the extra effort. You can tell they really cared about making the customer happy Office person I think her name was Julie- she was also very helpful and gave me the sales persons cell number to talk to. Salesperson- he was a bit short with me but I realized he was over booked and it sounded like he over sells the jobs before they can get to you. Overall they may make you wait awhile to get you on there list to do the jobs but when they do the work it is quality work.

Employee was highly professional, personable and quick. He was very concise in his explanations and advised us what not to do in order to prevent further damage. We are likely to return to this company when we are ready to conduct the repairs.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE THIS COMPANY ON A TIME AND MATERIALS BASIS EVER! Make sure that you get an estimate in writing and have a good understanding of what will be charged before you agree to allow work to be performed.

The folks that came by the house were professional and knowledgeable, but the follow up has been ridiculous! I have called Aqua office to see if bids were on the way & no one knew anything about it and they never followed up! I have left e-mails & voicemails to no avail. It was just HUGE waste of time I would NOT recommend AQUA and am very surprised they had such a good rating on Angies list.

$152.00 to my credit card. This was done and is why I have rated them with an A overall. I believe this action sets Aqua Plumbing and Air Services, Inc. apart from other companies for high quality customer service

Parts had to be ordered, but they were free. Plumber was experienced, meticulous, courteous. I'm extremely pleased with their service. They had repiped the villa about 5 years ago and did an exceptional job then, too.

Arrived on time. Was very informative. Provided service as requested.

Would not recommend using this provider for water systems. This is a relatively new division & they clearly don't have the expertise in this area. We had numerous issues & significant problems. We had used this provider for general plumbing services previously and for that they were just fine so attempted to use them for our water system. The level of professionalism of the personnel varied significantly particularly in how they spoke of other or previous employees in their company.

This interchange between my wife and the service provider says it all: My wife " Why are you running everywhere?" Plumber: " "Because it's your nickel" I will use Aqua Plumbing forever!!

I’ve used them for probably over 5 years. They are fine. They are reliable and reasonable.

I too would like additional info on Aqua. I have their brochure and their prices seem high compared to previous other contractor but I cancelled previous contractor because I lost trust.

The tech arrived on time, assessed the situation and provided alternative options. The dispotal I chose was not in his truck; he returned the next day to install it. No charge for the first visit. He was friendly and helpful. I would definitely call on them again.

He was prompt, courteous, thoughtful and charged a very reasonable fee for the work that was done. I like this company.

The service went very well and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had the parts needed to the job right away and fixed the problem.

I absolutely adore them. I have been using them before they showed up in Angie's List. They are excellent. They came, fixed it, and found out that there's no outside turn-off for the water in the bathtub, so they put in one for me. They've always been very reasonable, very nice, wonderful, dependable, clean, and they get here as quick as they can and they're very responsive. As far as I know, their price was excellent. They are the first person I'd call if I have a problem.

Did a fabulous job. He is suppose to call for another appt with us but we havent heard back from him yet.

The clogged sink was no problem and was fixed promptly. The toilet required several hours and was difficult work. The plumber was quite pleasant, friendly and competent. All of the work done was explained clearly as to what was done and why it was required.

The customer representative, Joey, was very professional and friendly. I walked him through the numerous items to be repaired. He listened and gave me his full attention. I have two small dogs, and he was friendly to them. I had a ton of questions and he patiently answered each one. He was courteous and professional. He even gave me tips on other plumbing questions I had. He fixed the items, and then he did a walk through with me to make sure I was satisfied.

They did excellent work and I was happy with the service.

I asked lots of questions about maintenance and he was very helpful with information. He checked the two toilet works and evaluated condition. We discussed possibilities for water conservation and for a new hot water heater when needed as mine is almost 10 yrs. I am happy with the service I received.

Obviously, I was not happy having allowed him to come to my home at an inconvenient time for me

Apparently I didn't have anything that needed to be flushed as seen by what never came out of the water heater.
