Description of Work: Installed a kitchen faucet that we supplied. The job was performed as requested and no issues presented. We were thoroughly pleased with the service we received.

Description of Work: Replaced instant hot water tap and tank as well as shut off valve which was hardened in place. The first part went well enough, but the valve was tough and required quick action and know how to avoid a minor flood. Later in the day a leak shoed up. The service man returned within 2 hours. The leak reappeared a few hours later and another rep came in a driving rainstorm. When the leak persisted, the service manager came and made the fix that lasted. Each of the leaks was small but I was never questioned about that and only told they were sorry for the inconvenience and that someone would be at my home in a given timeframe. I know that I overpaid for the instant hot water parts but we were leaving for an extended trip and worried about more damage in our absence so having them supply the parts was expedient for us. While I wish there hadn't been any need for follow up the responsiveness was outstanding.

Description of Work: A new A/C system was installed efficiently and professionally. The sales person was clear, straight forward, and provided good information as well as recommendations. The technicians were genuine pros. I recommend Aqua Plumbing.

Description of Work: clean whole house drain, install trap and pop up to sink.

Description of Work: Lifted toilet replaced wax ring and bolting mechanism, regrouted toilet, changed out flapper and float mechanism. Came out the day I called which was important as I was leaving in two days. Very thoroughly checked for leaks even though I told him I was sure it was the wax ring.

Description of Work: Aqua Plumbing performed an overall inspection of toilets, faucets, water heater, etc... The inspector was prompt, very professional and informative- showed me signs of potential plumbing issues. The price quoted to replace toilet fill valves and flappers seemed astronomical- could almost purchase a new toilet for that price!

Description of Work: Had blockage in washing machine discharge pipe due to years of calcium build-up. Auga Plumbing went the distance trying to break the blockage, not only in the laundry room but up on the roof too. The tech didn't take any shot cuts and was here for 2-1/2 hrs. Have run many loads of laundry without and back-up. Price was a surprise!

Description of Work: Technician arrived on time and proceeded to inspect my A/C unit that would not hold the set temp. He determined that I needed a new thermostat and replaced it. He said the temp. would go down gradually over the next several hours as the furniture was holding a lot of heat, and left. The temp did not go down from 80 degrees to the 74 degree s it was set at. I called them back and they sent the same tech out. This time he determined that the TXV valve was bad and they would have to order one to be sent. That took several days. When he returned he installed the TXV valve and said it would take several days for the house to cool down to the set temp. It didn't cool down. I called again and asked them to send another tech who knew more about A/C units. they said they would send a senior tech out. The senior tech came out and inspected the A/C unit and said it was working properly and that all a/c units could only cool to a few degrees over the set temp. I knew this to be untrue as my 3 year old a/c unit always kept the set temp before as well as my previous unit did also. I called another company to come out and the tech said the unit was working properly and the problem may be the ductwork in the attic and to call FPL and request an energy audit and a ductwork inspection which I did and am presently awaiting my appointment day. Aqua Plumbing and Air didn't really look for an answer to my problem as the new company is doing now. I purchased a $49.00 coupon for a diagnostic service call online from Aqua before I realized they couldn't help me with my problem. Now I have a $49.00 coupon that I won't use as they don't seem to be competent at looking for the real problem with my a/c.

Description of Work: Replaced my water heater on the weekend. They quoted me a price and time on the phone. The service person arrived promptly and worked quickly to replace the heater and put on new fittings. He was professional and courteous.

Description of Work: They replaced a 60-year old outside faucet which was leaking. The man who showed up was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I don't remember his name but if he is typically representative of Aqua Plumbing then they certainly have an outstanding crew.

Description of Work: Re-plumbed entire house, installed new shut-off valves, re-located outside fixtures to better locations, installed a new hot water heater, installed new connections for washer and dryer, did all the plumbing for my kitchen re-model and included drywall repairs. They have been the only people I call because they are local, professional, timely, and the BEST in Sarasota!!!!!!
