The service was excellent and response time was fine.

They were prompt courteous and did a great job.

They arrived when they said they would, two men and went to work. It took them most of the day, but they said it would take that long in the estimate that they gave me. I was pleased with the service and they even installed a new toilet that I had bought and did not charge me for installation. I am very pleased with the service I received from Aqua Plumbing.

The technician here at the scheduled time and was experienced and knowledgeable about the installation. He worked quickly and was done in a short time. The cost was competetive with other companies. Very satisfied.

Company has a very professional staff who paid attention to details. Price was reasonable. Estimator Charles did a great job assessing the work to be done, and patiently answered all our questions. Manager David Echols arranged the work and county inspection very expeditiously. Extremely knowledgeable and polite staff Mike and Justin did a great job. Justin went an extra mile for us, was very responsive to our requests and has a very pleasant demeanor. So does Mike. Great Team! It was a very positive experience, and we highly recommend this company, its management and staff to everybody. We will definitely use them again if need be.

Could not have been better. They showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the expansion tank. They had the correct tank on the truck and were done in about an hour.

Discovered a leaky hot water heater in the garage around 8:30 in the morning on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Checked Angie's List and found Aqua Plumbing with 24 hour emergency service. Called and a tech called back within 10 minutes. Described problem and type of water heater. Derek checked stock and had a replacement at the warehouse. He said he could be at my home around 10:15. He was ahead of schedule. His manner was courteous and efficient. By 11 o'clock he had switched out the water heater and was on his way. They also honored their Angie's List coupon. Great service, great price, great courteous and professional installer. I was very happy with this company.

Replaced pipes under two sinks before they leaked everywhere. Pipes were very old and worn out. Plumber did a good job, but took a chance that the drain would still hold water in one which would have saved me money if it had. It did not and he had to come back.

As usual it went perfectly. From the call to set up the appointment, through the actual visit - perfect. The service reps are ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND INFORMATIVE. If I could give a rating of A+++++ I would!

I would have to say, overall this has been the best experience I've had with plumbers in my life! Their estimator, Charlie, was absolutely the best!! The whole process went smoothly with only a couple of minor miscommunications. Charlie made sure that those were straightened out quickly and I couldn't be happier. Our water pressure improved and our tub faucet operates so easily now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I will definitely call them for any jobs I have in the future.

Replaced 4 Broken Hose Bibs with 1/2 Brass Lever 1/4 Turn. Mike S. did an outstanding job and is a true professional.

They are very good, we had no trouble with them. We pay them in advance and they come twice a year to do it. They do a good job, they are neat, they clean up after themselves and they are polite.

The plumber who did the hot water heater replacement worked efficiently in a tight spot and since the water shut off values did not work had to replace them also. He was certainly well skilled and after the installation he tested everything to make sure there were no problems. There have been no problems since. On the A/C I had another company service my AC and they tried and failed to unclog the drain pipe. Aqua came out quickly and resolved the problem quickly. Aqua is not the cheapest guy in town but I the service has been good.

We have no complaints about them. They've always come right away. When we've had problems with our new air conditioner getting adjusted, they spent a lot of time helping us to get it the right way. I’m comfortable and confident with them.

They are good. I would possibly use them again.

.We called and said the hose was leaking, so they came out when we requested them to come. Charlie went right to work and put on a new bib. We have used this company before and were delighted to see them on Angie.s list. They also gave us a discount for using Angie;s list.

I made an emergency call at 7:00 on a Sunday evening. There was a plumber here within an hour and thirty minutes later the shower was working. I've used Aqua many, many times and I'm never disappointed.
