Description of Work: Called to fix leaky faucet. Identified problem with leak in faucet draining into cabinet below. Determined that faucet was on verge of complete dysfunction which would have caused extensive damage if not replaced. Showed clearly the problem and we agreed he would find a replacement faucet. The technician knew of a supplier that carried a high end type of faucet at half the cost. Changed everything, in perfect working order and half the cost of what I would have paid on the retail market. Not to mention, if he only fixed the leak, I would be looking at damaged cabinets, flooring and worse. The guy was great - went above and beyond!

Description of Work: i recently had a water bill of $224. I called the county Monday morning to see if they could investigate (as recommended with my statement) but never heard back from them. Today (Saturday) was my first opportunity to do some investigating myself and I discovered a BAD leak from my side of my water meter. I got on Angies' list and decided to go with Aqua. The answering service answered right away and within 15 minutes, Bobby called me. He warned me before coming out of their emergency charges and I told him I was prepared. He was at my door about 20 minutes later and immediately discovered a PVC coupling that had cracked due to a bent pipe. Only $254 later (I had been on line and was reading about how expensive this repair could get) Bobby had things working great! I have a home warranty for alot of my repairs and am a little disappointed that they don't work with my warranty company. BUT...I will DEFINITELY use them again for things that don't fall under my warranty...and maybe even those that do as I haven't had the greatest of luck with several other plumbers in the area! Description of Work: Had a major clog in lines and we have an elderly sick family member that we needed the repairs quickly.Called to try and get service ASAP and Curtis the Forman called me back in 10 minutes and scheduled someone to come between 1 and 5 pm.Now it was 11 am and the serviceman Robert called around 12 noon and said he could come early and he did.He was very nice and professional.He evaluated the problem and had it fixed in no time .I would recommend this company to anyone who wants fast affordable and professional services.
