The Number one cause of fascia board rot and soffit damage is gutters that do not drain properly due to the build up of organic debris such as leaves and pine needles. Keeping your gutters clean will certainly reduce maintenance costs and also help to keep the termites away from your eve's and overhangs. Does your home suffer from green walls due to algae growing on them? Algae growth is a sure fire way to ruin a good paint job. Keeping your homes siding clean keeps the algae growth at bay and preserves the life of your exterior paint job. Sparkling clean windows are something we all enjoy but hate to keep clean. Your clean windows are only a phone call away. While I am busy cleaning your gutters ask me about doing your windows while I am there. I would be happy to do them for you! Living in an environment where salt air abounds hard surfaces such as driveways and sidewalks like to turn black from this salty residue.
