Alain was literally in the neighborhood when I left a request for service. He stopped by my home in 15 minutes, surveyed the job, made a fair quote (after 2 others here for same), accepted and completed the job within the hour. A professional, friendly, courteous, and didn't upsell. Would definitely have Alain come back in 6 months to maintain the gutters. He took pictures to show me what was clogging the gutters. Looking foreward to the next rainfall to see the gutters actually work.

Alain did an excellent job on both projects. He quickly responded to my request for a quote, stopped by within 2 days to view the job and when accepted performed the work within 7 days. FANTASTIC service and overall experience. VERY REASONABLY priced (we called several other companies). Our gutters were extremely filled with debris and it's hurricane season. Alain came out right away (fitting us in on his busy schedule) because he didn't want us to have a problem with water backup on our roof. That was very thoughtful. He's a true PROFESSIONAL and we will deffinately be calling him again, every 6 months... We have lots of oak trees and don't want to have another issue with the buildup in our gutters. Excellent results in all areas. Alain paid attention to landscaping. We had never cleaned the dryer duct (almost 30 yrs) and the debris removed was surprising. This was my first time using Alain's gutter cleaning service. Alain was very professional. Cleaned all my gutters and downspouts that were severely clogged. Cleaned up any excess debris. Great job. Good guy.

Alain arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, gave us a price lower than I expected even with the discount coupon and got to it without wasting time. He completed the job quickly and professionally. Alain was very polite and very personable. He took time to explain the importance of getting the gutters cleaned in a reasonable time frame so they didn't get as bad as they were this time and in doing so how we might prevent even worse problems from cropping up. We will have him back!

I contacted Alain based on all the terrific reviews I had read on Angie's List. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Alain explained exactly what needed to be done, how long it would take and what the total cost would be. I hired him on December 15th last year and I had not had my gutters cleaned in three years. I knew they were bad. He charged me $125 because of how long it had been and I was fine with that, he did a good job. He said at that time if I had it done every three or four months the maintenance charge would be $75. I reached out to him again two weeks ago, which was barely over 4 months since they had been done and had to contact him twice to schedule. When he did them we got the same story. He said it had been too long since they had been done and charged $125 but if we did them every three or four months it would be $75. Really? A couple of weeks makes that much difference???? Will definitely not use him again.

Alain came to my house, he was professional and he listened to what I had to say. He then told me all that he would do and gave me a quote. I said great and he was able to do the work right then an there. My gutters were in very bad shape. One of them was almost completely clogged with that sand that comes off of roof shingles. He was done in good time (not too slow, but not too fast either). When he was done she showed me a video of before and after. Video's don't lie! The difference was amazing. Thanks Alain - I don't fear our next heavy rain thanks to you.

After playing some phone tag, we were able to set up a cleaning. Very professional and great job done! I would just suggest to any provider in Florida to always call to touch base with the client and ASK if he/she receives text messages. My 84 year old father did not know he received a text (nor would he know how to reply), so service was delayed until I came into town and was able to read it. BUT, great service overall. Highly recommend!!!
