Description of Work: Installed blackout shades on double window & single door, and Venetian blinds on7 other windows. Installation was very good. They resolved a problem with a door lever interference in a very professional manner. Al business contacts were very professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Would use again & highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Called for an estimate on plantation shutters. Al came out with many samples and with the experience he has, was able to give us some useful suggestions. His price was so good, we ended up getting shutters and blinds for the entire house. He gave us an estimate on 1/8/15 and we put half down. They were ready and installed on 1/24/15. It is a family run business with the exception of the installer and he has been with them many years and said he is just like family. We felt very comfortable with the whole process. They did an excellent job and look wonderful.

Description of Work: We called AIH and asked them to come to our house to provide recommendations for window treatments for 7 windows and a skylight. They quickly responded and offered very good recommendations on the type of treatments for our windows and skylights. They provided an estimate and about 3 weeks later came and installed the treatments. We were very satisfied with the quality of their work. They were professional and courteous and their prices seemed reasonable.

He spent significant time listening to our needs, suggesting solutions, measuring windows and preparing a binding estimate. Within three weeks, the products had been completed and were installed. The entire process was pleasant and professional. We are extremely satisfied.
Description of Work: Plantation shutters for three rooms, silhouette shade for one, vertiglide shade for large sliding door, side drapes and uphostered cornice board for dining room, 16' upholstered cornice board for living room.

Description of Work: This family owned company is the best in town! They have done all of the window treatments in my home. + -1 moreI was very disappointed with AIH Drapery And Blind Service Company. They showed me the silhouette which I was interested in. However, they said it can only be attached to the inside of the window frame. That’s not what I had in mind at all. The man that came out didn’t seem to be that interested in giving me good ideas. I had asked for a price on the silhouette and he did call back on that. I did not order from him. I found another provider meanwhile. I would not consider working with AIH Drapery And Blind Service Company in the future.
Description of Work: I got a quote from AIH Drapery And Blind Service Company in June. I wanted a particular type of a window covering of a particular brand for my patio door.

AIH had great prices, the blinds are high quality, and they delivered their product exactly on the day they said they would when I placed the order. The installer was a little late getting to my home, but he called and let me know he would be late. This was MUCH appreciated. He did a very professional job installing the blinds. I need a few more window treatments and I will definitely be using AIH again

Turns out they close at 4pm and I had arrived just after that. I tried the next day, taking work off early to make sure I arrived at 3pm. They were closed. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, too. With such restricted hours, I was unable to use them, which seems too bad because they came recommended from people who had used them several years ago.
