AIH Custom Window Treatments

Jeff, the owner, consulted on various options for our new home. We decided on 8 - 4 1/2 inch shutters with 4 sided delux frame (with sill frame; ultra close geared tilt system and divider rails. We also purchased 5 custom window treatments. In my previous home we purchased our treatments from the builder recommended vendor. AIH treatments are by far higher quality. I did get a bid from the builder recommended vendor...their bid was $500 higher. Cost for AIH shutters $2998. This is a tax exempt purchase. Cost of AIH custom window treatments $2684.63. This is a taxable item...tax included in the price I listed. Justin, their installer, is HIGHLY skilled and VERY professional. They need to clone him.

AIH was totally amazing, right from the moment we walked in the door. Mindy started us off by showing us some of our options and then Jeff stepped in to help us finalize our choices. Dustin our installer was also very professional and thorough doing the installation. All and all a great experience with AIH

Sooo easy. I ordered too early yet they stored until I was ready for install. The price was below many competitors and they were punctual, professional throughout. Also had great suggestions. I very highly recommend!!!! This is the second time I used A1 H. ❤️

It was a complex job, involving many unique window measurements. AIH was quite professional in its approach offering a fair and reasonable estimate and prompt timeline to complete the work. They stayed within the estimate, finished on time and did high quality work. Have recommended them to our friends with great success. Jeff, who runs the business, is gem!

I am grateful that the owner helped with a temporary fix to blinds when I was expecting company. I ordered new blinds and that went well.

We worked with AIH for our window treatments in our new home. We are extremely pleased with the price, the ease of working with Jeff and getting his ideas/recommendations and the final installation of everything. We have a combination of remote-controlled roller shades, plantation shutters in two rooms, and room-darkening honeycomb shade in the master bedroom. Their pricing was better than another popular window treatment company in the area. We highly recommend AIH.

AIH Custom Window Treatments is great! They are prompt, professional, and accommodating. Every phase - the initial quote, measurements, scheduling the work, the installation, and contacting the office to ask questions and arrange payment - was excellent. Will definitely use them again!

This is a very professional company. Right from start to finish everything was explain in detail. They were accommodating to our needs. Installer arrived on time and went about his work and explained to us how to use the remote for our motorized shades. We would definitely use them again and will let neighbors and friends know about our great experience.

Al does fantastic work at prices that represent a great value.

Excellent and qualitative service. Dustin the installation professional was on time and stayed until 7:45pm to get this huge job completed . He was courteous and very skilled . The blinds themselves look awesome. Al Hernandez the owner take great pride in his work, takes precision measurements and offers an array of options for us to select from at his local business showroom. Mindy his assistant at his showroom is pleasant and very knowledgeable as well.

Came on tie for estimate and then for installation. Had slight problem with blind on the door but they worked with me and resolved it very well. Sales, office and installation staff were very professional and courteous in their work & in fixing the problem. Can happily recommend them.

From start to finish this was an amazingly pleasant experience. The person who came in to do the bid was right on time and very professional. Dylan the installer knew exactly what he was doing very efficient and did a terrific job the entire house is transformed.

The job was done very well. The company offers many different colors & options to choose from. The salesman was very knowledgeable, and the finished product looks great! Initial appointment for evaluation, measuring, etc was very punctual, as well as the installation. The work was done in a very professional & non-rushed manner. The quality of the job is very professional.

Everything from start to finish was excellent.

I am terrible at visualizing stuff, but I think I used them and it was fine. They did what they said they would do; the drapery was fine. They did what they were supposed to do, it's not very interesting. They came and measured, they looked, they made, draperies they bought them and they hung them. It was fine.

Very well! Al, come to our home with great samples and ideas. The time and pations he spent with us help make our decision comfortable. Also the waiting time for the supplies to be delivered and installed was prompt and professional They even instilled the verticals on a holiday weekend! !Unfortionatly, I am unable to download my Wonderful window treatment! EXCELLENT!!!!! I would uses AIH Drapery in a HEARTBEAT!!!!! Mindy, the lovely lady in the Office was a pleasure to work with. From our first visit on May 10, till today when our shades were installed, she was just WONDERFUL!!!!!! She made sure that my measurements and installation were to be done on my limited days off. What impressed me most was that she was sooooo correct to suggest that we have all our painting done before the installation, so that's what we did. However the first day I came home when the Painters started their painting, I walked in the door and all the curtains in my entire house were missing!!! My wonderful husband decided to have the painters just dispose of them so the drapes could just be hung without worrying about taking down the drapes. It turned out to be a smart decision, but the only "problem" was that our shades weren't going to be ready for another two weeks!!!!!!! So Mindy made sure that when the shades came in, they would make sure to install them on my first day off and thankfully, that day was today!!! We just couldn't be happier with how they look!!! Dustin did a GREAT!!!! job installing them and was punctual and very courteous too!!! He worked the entire time he was here--no cellphone distraction either. It was such a pleasure meeting Al when he came out and measured and gave us our quote. He was very helpful in our decision of what colors would blend in with our furnishings. They told us from the time we ordered the shades that it would take three weeks and that's the exact time it took. We just couldn't be happier with our new shades. And to make it even sweeter, today is our 31st Anniversary!!!! What a GREAT!!! Anniversary present!!!!! I sure am glad I checked Angie's List before choosing a Drapery Service!!!!!
