Rob Goode Painting & Pressure Washing

It was great pleasure having Rob do our painting project. Rob and his associate was professional, courteous and above all honest, which is hard to find these days. I will most definitely hire Rob again for any future work!

I am a designer and very picky about painters. I have never been so pleased with the quality of work that Rob provided and the price was by far the most fair of any painter I have used in the area. Rob went above and beyond to transform our house to exactly what I wanted. He has a good eye for color and was neat, clean and precise in his painting. He also did some minor repair work that was needed. He delivered everything as promised and more which is very hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Rob as an excellent painter who is trustworthy and very reasonable in his pricing.

Rob and Rose are two great guys. They are friendly and respond to my calls very quickly. In this area it is hard to get people to show up and then finish the work. He has also painted several other home in the communities in which we live and they look great. Rob and Rose take pride in the work. I highly recommend them.

Rob did an outstanding job on the exterior of our 1984 gulf front town home. Our house looks brand new. Rob is personable, explains exactly what he is going to do in detail, and follows through on his promises. He went above and beyond. This is our second home and were not available during the painting; however, Rob was trustworthy and sent us pictures everyday of his progress. He was not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny for peace of mind. I highly recommend Rob for your exterior painting.

Rob and his crew did a fantastic job throughout the process. Originally, we had gotten bids from several different painters. Rob's bid was probably the lowest plus he offered to pressure wash the exterior decks, driveway and fence, while making sure all the exterior walls were cleaned, striped of nails, holes were filled, etc. My wife and I live 350 miles away so I needed someone I could depend on to do the work without supervision from me. I gave Rob and his crew a key and never had to worry about the house or the painting. Rob also was very helpful working with my wife to pick color combinations both for the exterior and interior. The results were better than we expected. Rob's exterior suggestions really updated the house, including painting the exterior brick. Even when we had delays caused by other workers, Rob and his crew would come back, re-pressure wash outside areas and continue with the painting...or repainting when necessary. On the interior, again, Rob and his crew worked independently without our supervision, scrapping off wall paper, filling holes and doing dry wall repair work where necessary. He and his crew painted the popcorn ceiling, all interior walls, brick fireplace, bathroom and kitchen cabinets, and sanded and stained window sills and the large wood framed bay windows in the family room. The results were stunning! This 1970's house looks completely updated. We couldn't be happier. Originally, my wife and I intended to paint the interior ourselves. We are so glad we didn't. We'd still be working on it and I know the results would not be as good as Rob's work. Hiring him was our best move in this entire renovation project.

Excellent results! The interior looks like new, house was built in 2008. Rob pressure washed and painted the exterior of the house in March of 2016 so the house sparkles inside and out. Rob is a true professional and does not cut corner. The client comes first!!

Rob is awesome! I had him paint several rooms in my house (which included repairing some places), paint the exterior doors, clean the carpets, and pressure wash the exterior and driveway. Not only does he do excellent work at very reasonable prices, but he CARES about the details. This is a rare find these days. I own this rental property in Church Street Village, Santa Rosa Fl. I live in Central Florida, some 400 miles from this property.. I selected Rob Goode based, primarily, on the reviews on Angie's list and was rewarded with an outstanding paint job. Rob and I communicated via email, phone and the messaging facility of Angie's List. He was always responsive to my questions. I met Rob at the Santa Rosa property on Thursday (3/24/16) and was given a walk around of the entire exterior. Rob was very proud of the job and we are a very satisfied customer! Rob matched the paint colors to a tee and used only hi quality paint brands. The re-caulked around the windows and reset and caulked all siding nails that were protruding. The house , built in 2008, it looks just like new!!! My recommendation is if you need pressure washing or exterior painting done on a property CHOOSE ROB GOODE PAINTING AND PRESSURE WASHING !!!

I originally contacted Rob to pressure wash algae and staining off my home's exterior. He performed the pressure washing and the house looked great. He also showed me where the unpainted stucco exterior was cracking and informed me that stucco should be painted to seal and protect it. I did some research on my own and discovered that cracks in the exterior stucco were causing the stains that I originally contracted him to clean. Rob recommended a contractor to fix the worst of the stucco problems and set me up with a bid for painting the house. From start to finish it ended up taking about 6 months, but Rob was helpful all the way with picking colors and making sure everything would look good. In the end the house looks brand new and is protected from water intrusion into the stucco.

Rob arrived earlier than expected, and worked very efficiently and professionally to clean all areas. He worked with us in making a deal that wAs fair for the job performed. We will probably hire him in the future for painting also as we were very pleased with him.

WOW, a service provider that actually showed up when promised and did the work beyond my expectation! Not only is Rob a hard worker but he goes the extra mile and is easy to work with. We have already scheduled more work with him and are very happy and pleased with the job he did for us. I highly recommend Rob!

He calls at the last minute to reschedule our appointment time. He said he forgot he had a meeting. We scheduled for the next afternoon and he stood me up. I called him and he did not call back. Very unprofessional.

I promise that I am not related to Rob. He is the absolute best Painter there is. Period. No one could have done a more excellent or complete job. Every detail was thought through and executed to perfection. Our paint job looks like the quality finish on an automobile. He sprayed the entire house wherever possible. The edges between the paint colors are emaculate. We elected to use high quality paint and with the paint quality and Rob's expertise and talents, excellence was the result. In every facet of the project Rob exceeded our expectations. Finally, while his quality is tops, he is also a pleasure to have around. If you are lucky enough to have him pressure wash, prep and paint for you, you will not be disappointed. Ask Rob and he'll bring you by, and you can see for yourself. This quality, service and integrity don't come along often enough these days.

The most impressive, professional painter i've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Rob was polite and very knowledgeable about his work. He was on time daily during the 2 week project. He made recommendations that were spot on. He was very thorough and careful with our home! He pressure washed our entire home before beginning the paint project. He caulked and/or repaired everything he came across. The type of paint he recommended looks great! He painted every exterior surface on our home going above and beyond what we anticipated. He even painted the Hurricane Shutter frames and front porch concrete floor. Our home looks brand new again. I was going to buy a new garage door (even though there was nothing wrong with the existing door - except for the color)...I didn't know you could paint a garage door. Rob told me not to spend the money on a new door - he painted it and it looks great! He saved me $$! How refreshing to find a contractor that is concerned with the homeowner and not his own wallet! Rob was very professional and did an excellent job. He is very dependable. I would definitely recommend him!

Professional paint job! Rob had a knack for recommending suitable colors for our house. He was extremely detail-oriented and the finished product showed it. He used high quality paint, corrected any areas that needed extra care (i.e. a mantle that needed sanding before being painted, caulked areas in the bathroom to hide defects, etc.), and took the time to clean up daily. The job took longer than we expected, however, the quality of the job really speaks for itself, so it's definitely worth the investment in time. Rob was committed and performed above my expectations.

Professional cleaning of our carpets in bedrooms and bonus room. Carpets were dirty, some with permanent marker stains, and Rob got all of them out! He was persistent in trying to remove the stains, and successfully did so. He also cleaned our tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Again, grout was dirty, and now we can see the original grout colors. The shower tile was particularly in need of cleaning and Rob worked hard to get most of the dirt off. Lastly, he cleaned outdoor cushions which were dirty from pollen, mold, and basic outdoor elements. Cushions look like new!
