From start to finish, Rob and his team were exceptional to work with and we are so happy with the finished product. Rob and his team’s work is of the highest quality. Rob went over and above continuously and called out details to improve the look that we would not have thought of. His attention to detail was impressive. His familiarity with dealing with HOA’s and the approval process made things very easy as well.

Rob did an amazing job! He painted the exterior of my home and my front door. He pressure washed my house, caulked in areas that needed it, and his painting was very thorough and clean. Rob and Rosenberg did a really great job on painting our home. Rob has a background in art painting and have a really good gauge on paint contrast. Him and his partner Rosenberg were punctual, efficient and cleaned after the job. We have hired them again for our rental and more paintings on our home. I highly recommend them for all your paintings and pressure washing on your home!

Rob and Rose arrived on time to give free estimate. Talked through what was needed and what they would do. Their schedule was very full and we scheduled for 4-6 weeks in future. Rob called the week before they would be available and showed up right on time ready to start. They did a great job pressure washing everything. Place looked great. It took another 2 days to complete the painting, but when they were done the house look like new. They covered plants and moved stuff around so that everything looked good when the job was complete. Great people who do excellent work.

Excellent quality, some delays in scheduling and job completion due to weather and high demand for work in the area, but overall good experience, will hire again in the future.

It went great. Rob's work is simply excellent. His pricing is fair. He is professional and courteous. He offered good suggestions on painting and repair issues. I live in Texas but my home is in Florida. Rob really took care of my projects and I was always confident he would do what he said. He provided regular updates with photos. My project started out as a power washing of the exterior of my home. I was so satisfied with that, I asked him to paint the exterior. I was so satisfied with that I asked him to do the interior. I was so satisfied with that I asked him to re-do the garage. Everything turned out perfect. Rob handled the small jobs and the big ones and each received quality treatment.

It went well! Rob showed up as promised. he did a wonderful job. He also paints. I am hiring him to paint my garage door,and back door.

Rob and his helper Rosie were so careful and detailed with all they did painting the stucco and trim on our 2 story home. They even did extra work to change the soffit vents for only a small extra charge. Overall reasonably priced and helpful with paint choices , colors, etc.

Aside from weather-related delays, everything went exactly as promised. Beautiful paint job.

Excellent service and quality provided by Rob Goode. He and his partner painted the exterior and interior of my 2-story beach house. He power washed and caulked all the seams on the exterior siding of the house prior to painting. He uses only high quality products and paints so it will hold up to many summers of Florida sunshine with no fading. He is trustworthy and reliable. He is very neat and tidy leaving no mess behind. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Exceeded all expectations. Pressure washed the entire house and treated discolorations, then gave it a day to dry before he came back and painted and caulked more than what we paid for. The house looks great, the quality of Rob's work really upgrades curb appeal. Outstanding in every respect...highly recommend. There are cheaper options out there, but you won't find better value.

Thank you so much Angie’s list for helping me find Rob Goode. I can not say enough good things about my experience with him and his employee Rose. I purchased a new house In October. I contacted Rob within a few days he came over and gave me estimate. I originally hired Rob to paint the upstairs. The walls were tan with awful red ceilings and a sports themed office. I really love the coastal cool vibe . He helped me pick the right shade and sheen of paint to compliment the lighting and flooring. I love his attention to detail . The whole upstairs turned out beautiful . His prices were good and he left the job very clean . Rose even vacuumed my stairs . I was so impressed I hired them again to do my living room , hallway, kitchen and customize my kitchen island. It was such a pleasure I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Rob and Rose did a wonderful job. The paint color got mixed wrong the first time but not the fault of Rob. Both Rob and Rose came back out 3 times to get the job done perfectly. Two of our neighbors want to use them after seeing the work that they do. I would hire them again for our next project!

Proposal included exterior pressure washing of driveway and house. Interior Painting of Bedroom and Bathroom to include ceilings along with interior trim of a door. Exterior Painting to include 2,600 sf House, Screened Porch, Trim, Soffit, Garage and Doors. Rob mentioned he would provide some services "free of charge", and at the end of the day the bottom line price was $6,500. We paid a total deposit to purchase materials for $2,650 beginning 03-Nov - the job started the first week in December and was completed on 20-Dec. Once a portion of the home was completed he requested a "draw" of $2,500 prior to the completion of the job. I indicated I prefer to pay once the job is complete but he said he really needed the money and claims I previously agreed to this - which I do not recall, nor did I ever sign. Additionally, the check was incorrectly written on my behalf and he notified me via text quite directly stating the exact date and time he would arrive for the remainder of the draw. He did not ask me when the best time would be or a convenient time being we are the customer - it was on his terms. I did not appreciate his lack of professionalism - especially given our current state of having an ill infant which he was aware of. He also took advantage of the fact that we just so happened to be home with our infant even though we have multiple doctors appointments we need to attend, in addition to our day jobs, and without notice would show up and expect to have access to the home without prior scheduling. This was a burden to our family. Before they were to paint the porch I specifically asked if we needed to move all of our outdoor furniture into the garage to make space - he said they would move all of the furniture to the middle of the porch and cover it with plastic. Well, when I arrived at home that evening all of our furniture - dining table, 6 chairs with cushions, two sofas with cushions, two arm chairs with cushions, and two coffee tables, along with a childrens table - was outside getting rained on. My husband and I had to move most of the items under the porch by ourselves with two small children to look after at the same time - needless to say this was unacceptable. When I questioned why our furniture was left outside he acknowledged he knew and that he simply did not think it was going to rain that evening (80% chance of rain, and quite frankly he lives close by and should have known it was raining). The following morning I asked Rob if they were going to finish power washing the driveway and complete the painting of the interior door frame. He said he would do the power washing but did not have time to paint the interior of the door frame because he needed to start his Christmas shopping, of course he then requested the remainder of the money due - "$1,520". I quickly reiterated that the value he was expecting was more than what I anticipated and his invoice was not clear (. He said he wanted $20 to replace the weather stripping on the front door which was originally agreed to in the price of the $6,500... as he acknowledged the replacement months prior). He also said he would return "sometime after Christmas to paint the door frame". I stated this was unacceptable and we did not appreciate his lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and his continued boastfulness about his work considering we were not happy for several reasons. In the end Rob indicated he wanted to do a good job and he wanted us to be happy and we stated why we were unhappy - door frame not painted, weather stripping not done, furniture left in the rain, and the attempt to add costs he previously stated were "free". I feel there were very simple ways to make us happy and he was not willing to meet them. I would not recommend him in the future for these reasons, even though the overall paint job was satisfactory.

Everything was excellent. He even moved me up on the schedule so the work would be finished before the holidays and the house would look nice for company. He was here when he said he would be here and he finished when he said he would finish. Overall outstanding!

If you wandered the earth you could not find a better more professional job. This guy was mote meticulous than my wife and mother in law. The job he did was spectacular. The entire house, roof and pool deck area in just a few days. Window trim door trim all included. We are old have had lots of work done on houses through the years and Rob and his side kick Rose were stunningly spectacular. If you are having Painting and power washing of an entire house and roof this is it for sure.

Rob had previously painted the exterior of our beach house and had done such a great job that we hired him again to paint the interior of our house. He and his crew painted the entire first floor which included the bunk room, utility room, 1/2 bath and hallway. He also painted the 2nd floor which included the living room, dining and kitchen. In addition, he painted the stairwell that was 3 floors. The house was fully furnished, so they took the time to move and cover all the furnishings. After they had finished painting, they moved all furniture back and even dusted to remove the fine dust of the sprayer! Now, that is taking pride in your work and keep the customer happy! No matter what, Rob always goes the extra mile. I had all the windows in my house replaced after the exterior was painted and Rob went ahead and touched up areas around the windows that needed paint. He is trustworthy, reliable, and takes great pride in his work.
