Description of Work: The job entailed painting most of the exterior surfaces of my home and garage. This included hardy board, aluminum, and wood. All surfaces were caulked and primed prior to painting and Rob used high quality products that would deter mold, mildew and rust. His attention to detail was remarkable and the pride he took in his work was reflective of the final outcome. Rob also pressure washed and scraped chipping paint to prepare the surfaces properly. His quote was reasonable and he did more than promised. You will not be disappointed in Rob!

He took care of rust markings and painted our exterior garage because it was never painted when we built the house. He was thorough and detailed in his work. House looks great!

Finished by pressure washing side walk in front of store. Received many compliments from customers about how nice the store looks now.

+ 0 moreGreat job! Rob has an eye for details and his painting skill are awesome. The house color was changed from a dull green to a pale blue. The paint he used was the best with a guarantee for years. Rob also fixed a screen when he noticed it had a small hole. I'd hire Rob again for any job.
Description of Work: Painted the exterior of my house and garage. Pressure washed the screened porch, the deck and wooden walkway around house before painting. He caulked the entire house as he painted. The final product is awesome!

The facilities turned out great and is holding up great. I could not have been more happy with the work he did. He was courteous, punctual, professional, and knowledgable. He has done over twenty jobs for me and I could not be more pleases by the service and the price. I manage a large facility that requires a lot of maintenance projects and try to use Rob Goode for every project possible.

We had not considered painting the garage doors, but Rob recommended moving away from the basic white by using a contrasting color. The result made our house look like a new place. My wife had a very large flower pot and Rob painted the pot with contrasting colors adding a distinctive element to our lanai. If need any pressure cleaning or painting done around your house and want professional results you will not go wrong with Rob.
Description of Work: Pressure washed my house, roof and lanai. Painted the outside of my house to include the garage doors, pool deck, and front door. Repaired the screen around the lanai and installed and painted decorative bands around the windows on the back house.

Description of Work: I got a flyer in my mailbox advertising Rob Goode’s power washing with a 25% discount. I figured estimates are free so why not call. Well I got a really good deal and he did a very good job…but then again it’s only power washing. He kept telling me he was a painter by trade which led to discussions of my front door which needed to be re-stained real bad. So I hired him. I thought it was a bit pricey but I went with it anyways. I work an alternate work schedule so we had it worked out for him to come by on my days off; I think this got to be too much for him. He couldn’t make it on my days off so I ended up taking time off from work (my vacation days) and he ended up a no-show. I had to call him! Once he said he was in Pensacola and didn’t have the common courtesy to call and say he couldn’t make it! I lost 4 hours of my vacation time! The next time that was arranged he didn’t show again (over a two months ago) and he still hasn’t showed or called. I’m done with him. Unbelievable.

Our neighbors said the previous owner had never had her home pressure washed! it was a 13 year old house, so you can just imagine how dirty it was! Rob responded the day I called him. He came out that same day and gave me a very reasonable bid. I thought I was in for a lot of painting, but after Rob finished, it looked like a new home! It just needs some paint on the balcony (wood) now. i think I will hire Rob for that job too! I could not be happier with my "new" home! He even gave me a better price for being a Angie's List customer!
