Description of Work: Bernard thoroughly cleaned my fireplace and chimney and in a very professional manner. He cleaned up such that you never would know he had been there. He also found a crack in one of my fireplace walls, which is a major safety hazard.

Description of Work: He also was running a special to clean out dryer vent for $50 which I also took advantage of and it was a good thing. A lot of lent even though the trap is cleaned every time. Bernard was professional, personable and cleaned up with no evidence of his work. Thank you

Description of Work: Prior to Bernard coming to my home, Naya sent me a special option to also have my dryer vent cleaned for $50 while he was here cleaning the chimney. I appreciated this offer and took advantage of it. After seeing what was stuffed in my dryer vent, I am glad I did! Bernard did a great job cleaning the chimney and cleaning out the dryer vent. He was very personable and was very careful to leave my home clean. Bernard said the chimney was in great shape and not too dirty so I can wait a while before having this done again. I have already scheduled for them to send me a reminder email in the future to come back regularly to clean out the dryer vent.
