Bernard came to the house when he said he would. Explained what was wrong with the flue, which he then fixed. Then went up on the roof to inspect the whole area and then remove the cap that was put there by the previous owner. He took pictures of the chimney proving it was clean. Then recommended what size and kind of chimney cap to purchase. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The project was great from beginning to end. Timely quote and installation. Great communication and fair pricing. No changes from the original quote. I would highly recommend for wood burning fireplace work.

Bernard and his helper showed up exactly at 10:00 as promised. They were very friendly and efficient. My chimney was much dirty than I ever could have imagined. Bernard was awesome! He came and swept the fireplace and did an inspection. I needed to do a repair and he ordered the material and came back in less than a week and fixed it.

Wonderful! Mr. Aabrams was right on time and very professional. He inspected the fireplace and said it was clean (we had just purchased the house and wanted it inspected before we used the fireplace) and therefore didn’t charge us for the cleaning, just the inspection. He showed me where the chimney flue was and explained how to open and close it. He was honest and explained I only needed to have the fireplace cleaned every couple of years since we only use it half dozen times a year (another company told me yearly and charged double). Good, honest gentleman. I’d definitely recommend him and use him in the future.

It did not go as I was informed they no longer support St Cloud Florida. Please remove them from t a search for St Cloud as I waited to get a quote only to find out they no longer service my area.

I called this "company" to get a quote. First it took days to get a call back and the once the Owner Bernard called me back he was very short with me and when he asked me a question about pipes in my walls them he cut me off without allowing me to answer his question then he told me he wasn't going to give me a quote because he said I thought I know more about MY HOUSE then he did because he used to be plumber. I figure he must have been drunk or on drugs because the experience was surreal. Never experienced any thing like it. We were having what seemed like a calm conversation and he flipped out and hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and dont even call.

I received a response quickly and an appointment for an estimate was made. He came at the time set and I accepted his estimate. A part had to be made and he gave me a call when it was ready. We set another appointment for the repair. He came and completed the repair on the day and time we set. I am satisfied with the responses and repair.

Bernard is a craftsman with much experience and knowledge in this area. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Resulting work is very professional in appearance and the cap he installed is of high quality. Price was fair for work done.
