Description of Work: I have used my chimney 6-7 times every year for the past ten years. The guy came out, looked up the chimmney from inside and said it was fine. Charged me $100 and left. For the extra $20, I should have told him to go ahead and clean it anyway, but decided I wanted him out of my house. Called another service the following week and they came out and did a proper job of cleaning the chimney.

Description of Work: They installed a chimney cap after cleaning and inspecting the chimney. Very responsive and courteous, the price was better than other companies had quoted (though I don't remember what I paid), they cleaned up afterwards, leaving it spotless. It also took far less time than I expected. Yes I would hire them again, and recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: I only had a proposal done at this time. Have not decided to continue yet but are considering them for the work. Very professional and respectful of my home and want's to do the right thing that's best for me. Made me feel confident that they can do the job. Which is complete tear down of stone chimney and reconstruction and preparation for new roof.

Description of Work: It was great. |Only exception: I told them on the phone I had both gas and wood fireplaces and needed them cleaned/serviced. Abrams is not licensed to do the gas part. They did provide me with a contact for that though. |All together a good experience.

He did a great job, pointed out a couple of things I should know about, went above and beyond to clean everything, and called to let me know when he would arrive.
