Bernard performed chimney service. He was professional, efficient and did a thorough job of cleaning the fireplace and emptying the ash compartment, which is large. He also went up on the roof and examined the chimney itself and gave me a report along with pictures of same. I had him also clean out my dryer vent and feel like my home is cleaner and safer for the experience. He is a lovely man.

He did a fine job. He was on time. He was aslo responsive, punutal, and professional. One person came out. It was a simple job.

Bernard Harris was our technician. He was prompt, courteous and professional as well as being helpful. We seldom use the fireplace and have not had it checked in the 30 years we have lived here. We took advantage of the Big Deal to have it checked out. After looking at the fireplace and up into the chimney he said it was in good shape but cleaned up the fireplace of ashes and other debris that was there. He also fixed the damper and showed me how to open and close it without causing it to jump the track again. He also went on the roof to check the cover over the chimney. He found that some of the flashing had not been sealed properly and told me what to buy to fix it. He showed it to me on his phone camera and explained what needed to be done, and that it was something we could easily do ourselves. We would definitely use this company again if we ever need the chimney cleaned again.

Bernard was very professional; he arrived on time, explained his findings following the chimney inspection, provided written estimates for suggested repairs, and left our beige family room carpet as clean as it was prior to his arrival. A very pleasant experience.

Prior to purchasing the home, I asked Aabrams to inspect the exterior brick home and walls. They came in the same day even when I explained that I was not yet sure if I would purchase the home/ They send Dany who inspected the property and pointed out things that needed repair that had been missed by the inspector. The following day Bernard sent me quote for the repair. Once I closed on the home, I gave them a call and they send Dany to do the brick repair. Part of the repair involved demolishing a brick arch in the yard that was high up and almost falling. AAbrams removed the arch and restored the wall where it was supported. Aabrams also repaired the window frames and the whole wall for cracks in the mortar. Job was done with a high std. of quality. Only complaint if any, is that I had to remind them to pick up the check and ended up having to mail them payment.

It was fine. They did a good job. There was nothing bad about it. They came out within a few days after the deal was purchased. There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount.

I had excellent service from Aabrams. They were prompt in returning my phone calls, he arrived on time for the inspection and cleaning. He kept everything neat and tidy. I really liked that he took pictures of my chimney to show me the issues that I have.

The service was fantastic. They were on time, they were very punctual, and they did what I requested they do, and I had absolutely no problems with them. The biggest like was that they showed up on time. I don't have any dislikes.

We didn’t have a problem with the cleaning. I think there was a little bit of disconnect between when they got the information from Angie’s List and when they were supposed to come to do the work because we never heard from them and they just showed up one day. They said that the appointment was arranged through Angie’s List. So there was no communication between is and the company prior to them coming out to do the service. The service was very quick. The person didn’t say much, he just came and did a good job. A little bit of coordination would have been good. There was no mess made. The timeliness was perfect. The price was really good compared to what was going on with other vendors and their price. If it's supposed to be all through automation, then it should be clear that there will be no contact from the customer, appointment time is all you get, and if you have a problem of something, then you should call the company and tell them you need to change the date or something.

He showed up,stopped at house & left saying he had another emergency & would reschedule.I told him not to bother. I am tempted to send him a bill for my time.

This is a great service. The tech was on time (even with a detour in our area). He was very professional and thorough. He was very careful about cleanliness. I was very pleased with this service.

The protective screen was an add on. Everything went well. The only problem we had was the price. When I called, I was told the price was going to be $895.00 for the project, which I thought was a great price. I was quoted a total price of $995.00 from another contractor. When the job was finished I expected to |pay $895.00 plus the cost of the screen which was an added $125.00 but the bill did not include labor and installation. When I was told the $895.00, I asked if that was the total price and the woman on the phone said yes. When I ask the total price of the project I expect to be told the entire cost, so I can plan my budget. Make sure you double confirm the total price before using this company.

It was great! Bernie was very professional, did excellent work, and kept the house looking immaculate while he worked. What's more is that I called them when I noticed a small amount of soot falling from the chimney about a year after the job, and they sent another gentleman named Hershell over to the house the very same day to do a complete cleaning without even charging me. Hershell was just as professional and thorough as Bernie.

Herschal was our technician and did a thorough job at cleaning both the dryer vent and the chimney. He kept the work area clean and I was impressed on how he managed to keep all dust and debris out of both rooms that the double sided fireplace services. I initially did not get any response from sending an email request for information but once I called the office, they were polite, apologetic and promptly placed me on their schedule for the next day. I was informed on the day of service that there would be about a 15 minute delay for arrival by the technician but it actually ended up being an hour. Once he arrived, the services were performed well. Would definitely use them again and will recommend others to them.
