Description of Work: AABRAMS came out on an Angie's big deal special. The company was completely professional from the lady in the office setting up the appointment to Mr. Abrams who came to clean our chimney. I was amazed at the amount of soot that had accumulated. The house is relatively new and I questioned the need for a cleaning; but it sure needed one. No mess, no fuss and a sparkling clean chimney. That was a year ago and this past winter the fireplace drew better and burned less wood. My wife asked Mr. Abrams if he cleaned dryer vents also, which he does. So for a small additional fee, we had the dryer vent cleaned. I had just cleaned it a few months earlier so did not expect to see much come out. Again he did an incredible job. The amount of lint filled a small garbage bag. (Our dryer vents through the attic and out the roof, a long vent.) There was a blockage near the roof cap, so Mr. Abrams put up his ladder and went on the roof to clear it from above. Truly more that was required. Now it takes less drying time and my wife is extremely pleased. I recommend AABRAMS without reservation.

Description of Work: Bernard does excellent work. He is always on time, reasonable, and works conscientiously to fix the problems. Description of Work: They came out and inspected and cleaned both the dryer vent and chimney. During the inspection, the technician recommended and installed a screen on the top of the chimney to prevent birds from nesting and squirrels from entering. The technician was very thorough, informative, and professional.
