Description of Work: Work was not performed. Simply received an estimate to to add drwall to 2 bedroom ceilings and living room. Did not included demo of existing ceilings in bedroom. ($4,800.00)

Description of Work: I got Ace off of Angie's List. They came to give me a price on drywalling a bathroom and some doorways in a hallway. They said could not perform the work until someone else came in to change the framing. They did, however, give me a name of a framer to call;he did not return my call, though. After receiving other bids, I saw that their price was extremely high and that the framing was OK after all.

Description of Work: DRYWALL ON CEILING BADLY WATER DAMAGED AND SAGGING AS A RESULT OF AIR CONDITIONING DISASTER. LEAKAGE AND SAGGING OCCURRED VERY QUICKLY AND SITUATION GOT VERY BAD, VERY FAST. MICHAEL CAME LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON TO INSPECT DAMAGE AND REPAIRED IT 8:00 A.M. THE NEXT MORNING. HE ALSO APPLIED THE TEXTURED PAINT TO THE REPAIRED AREA SO THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL WHERE THE REPAIR WAS MADE. HE ALSO CLEANED UP WHAT HAD TO BE A HUGE MESS SO THAT WHEN WE RETURNED THAT EVENING THERE WAS NO SIGN THERE HAD EVER BEEN A PROBLEM. WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH THE WORK HE DID. WE WOULD ENTHUSIASTICALLY RECOMMEND MICHAEL COWELL TO ANYONE NEEDING DRYWALL WORK OF ANY KIND.

Description of Work: I used Micheal to do the drywall and painting for my business office. He was clean, professional and punctual. I would highly reccomend him to others.
