The crew showed up on time and completed the job quickly (about two hours) and left the area spotlessly clean. The walls look great. I have some drywall work that needs to be done in the garage in the future and I will definitely call Ace. Perfectly. They arrived on-time, were organized, very neat, did a great job, and were out and cleaned up in only 3 hours! They laid plastic down anywhere they walked, were meticulous, and did a great job. The area is still drying, but it already looks great, and once it dries, and is painted, you will never know it was done! Bridget and Mike (Sr and Jr) were very nice, accommodating, and great to deal with. A true family business. I highly recommend them!

Ace Custom Drywall was fantastic! Perfectly punctual and very friendly! Bridget and Mike are not just great at their trade/craft, they are very kind, sweet and fair people. You honestly cant even tell where the repairs were because the finished/textures match so closely! I had a coupon from the website for a percent off $1,000 worth of work. From what needed to be repaired I thought it would be that much. They were honest and told me the work was not going to be that expensive and converted the % off to the price they charged! They work quick and efficiently and their prices were great. I will definitely use them again and refer them out to friends and friends of friends who need drywall repair! Mike, Bridget, and crew were the ultimate professionals from the moment they came out to give an estimate, to when they completed the repair. These are true professionals that I would gladly recommend to anybody. I would certainly call them at the first sign of any other drywall work I need done. This is what true customer service is all about.

Mike and Bridget are absolutely amazing! There were several areas in our home where the drywall seams had begun to sag and we had a step through from an insulation provider that motivated us to go ahead and have everything addressed. I messaged them through Angie's List and Bridget responded promptly. We coordinated and they were able to come to our home on a Saturday to inspect the areas in order to provide a quote. They emailed the quote over and we scheduled a date for service. In addition to two others, both Mike and Bridget were on site to help perform the work, which was great since I already had met them and built a rapport. The team laid plastic throughout the working areas and draped plastic from the ceiling to prevent any mess in the home. Everyone was very considerate of the decor and other items in the home and treated them as if they were their own. They matched the existing texture on the ceilings and blended them in to perfection. They were able to complete the work in full, including any clean-up and final inspection, in about two hours. I would highly recommend Ace Custom Drywall to anyone needing their services and will certainly be hiring them again for all of our future drywall needs.

From start to finish, our experience with Ace Custom Drywall was AMAZING. I can’t say enough good things about Mike and Bridget and their fantastic team of professionals (including Michael). We had several areas of drywall in our house that had issues – taping issues, cracking, transitions not well done due to additions on home, settling of home, etc. I scoured reviews on to find a drywall team that could do the job well without breaking the bank. Also, having had a prior bad experience with a flooring contractor, I wanted to be extra cautious about who we selected for this job. When I found Ace Custom Drywall I read a LOT of their reviews and found great consistency across the reviews left by prior customers – I’ve never read so many positive reviews before for a contractor! I contacted Ace by chat on Angie’s List and Bridget (one of the owners) responded quickly by chat. First – I SO appreciate her responding and scheduling through the chat! I travel a lot and it frustrates me to chat a business on Angie’s list in the hopes of setting an appointment only to be told “call the office on Monday”. Bridget scheduled the whole thing through chat on Angie’s List, and was very quick to do so. Secondly, they do Saturday appointments! They were able to quickly get to our home on a date that was convenient for US, eliminating the need for me to arrange a quote during my work week. Bridget and Mike arrived on time for the estimate and even called ahead to confirm when they’d arrive. They spent time going through our house and looking at the areas concerning us. They pointed out a few things we didn’t see as well and explained how they would fix everything for us in detail. Mike really does know how to handle any drywall issue and he’s a perfectionist – he wanted to ensure we understood exactly how things would be corrected. I had my estimate from Bridget in less than 48 hours and we scheduled a time for the repair work. The day before we were scheduled, Bridge again confirmed with me. On the day of the work, she called to provide me with a head’s up that they were almost to my home. I really appreciated their timeliness and concern for my schedule. Ace had a 3 person crew on site and they spent the first hour doing nothing but prepping the areas they would work on. They went to great lengths to protect our carpets, furniture, décor items, etc. with plastic sheeting and draping and carefully moved items out of the way. After the site was prepped they got to work and worked quickly and efficiently. We had an area where an addition was put onto the home and the drywall texture was not blended previously and I can’t even see it now! They fixed the recessed lighting holes that the prior owner cut too big. They corrected tape that was cracking and the work is PERFECT. After the job was done they also put considerable effort into cleaning up the whole home and ensuring it was back to normal. The crew was polite and careful in our home and respected our space. Thank you to Mike, Bridget and Michael for an amazing job – I wish I could hire you to do all the work on my home!

Knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and courteous people. They stretched a little farther than my original quote to correct some nearby imperfections without increasing the price. They cleaned up well and I will definitely hire them again should I have the need. They’re fast and they do great work! Highly recommended!
