From the estimate to job completion everything went perfectly. Bridget handled communications. I sent pictures and they provided an estimate. I then asked them to come see the ceiling in person because I'd be more comfortable with that. They came, assessed the job, and emailed two estimates: one for replacing the entire garage ceiling and another for partial replacement. Their price was in line with a couple of other estimates I'd received so I felt it was fair. I decided to do the total replacement. They said it would take two days and completed the job the following week as we agreed. There were no problems that I'm aware of and the work was completed on time and looked very good. I have nothing but praise for them (the team consisted of Bridget, her husband Michael and another man whose name I've forgotten) and would absolutely hire them again.

Mike and Bridget were a pleasure to work with. My house's walls were an utter mess of unevenly applied orange peel texture and haphazard drywall repairs throughout from the previous owners. Mike and Bridget came out the Saturday after I contacted them to get a feel for the things. They immediately began taking measurements and explained the process and offered recommendations where applicable to get the best results. The actual work took three days and ran into a few hiccups outside of everyone's control, but the team was dedicated to getting the job done and did so masterfully. I would leave the house in the morning and receive text updates periodically letting me know how things were going, then would come home to another section of the house beautifully re-done. The team goes to great lengths to mask off trim and isolate the work area from the rest of the house - the preparation is so thorough that I get the impression it takes longer than the actual spray. The preparation makes the result, and the results speak for themselves. The texture looked beautiful and the drywall sections replaced are indistinguishable from existing drywall (see pictures). I'm thrilled with the results - the house looks completely refreshed, looks newer, and is wonderful to look at. Thank you Mike, Bridget, and team for doing such a great job!

They showed up on time after giving courtesy call in advance to confirm. They unfortunately had to deal with taking down my mildew and mold wall from plumbing leak. They were nice enough to spray with mold spray I had purchased. They were done in a couple of hours and cleaned up after. I highly recommend to anyone needing drywall work done.

I left a phone message for Ace Drywall upon reading the reviews in Angie’s List and received a call back from Bridgett. We set up an appointment for the repair in a week. She suggested that since it was such a small job, to see if I had any other drywall concerns that they could take care of while in our home. We had a couple of wall holes in the garage. Bridgett called ahead the day of the job to make sure someone was home and adjusted their schedule by a few minutes to cover my being home. They were so professional, clean, efficient and helpful with their suggests regarding painting afterwards. They repaired all three areas to perfection. We highly recommend Ace Drywall and would use their services in the future.

Ace Custom Drywall, Inc.- Michael and Bridget Cowell- did a thorough job with very good results. They arrived as scheduled and on-time, and completed the work in the two-day period they had indicated. They remove ceiling fans, light fixtures, vent covers, etc. They meticulously covered the walls and floor with plastic sheeting, and when the job was done there was very little residue anywhere- none at all on the floors and just a bit on some wall areas- which was easy to remove. They repaired any nail pops and three areas of drywall damage on my walls, as well as leveling an area of the ceiling drywall which in which there was a somewhat prominent dip due to settling of the roof trusses. Rooms have to be totally empty of furnishings, and painting and returning ceiling fans and fixtures is up to the homeowner once the new texture dries for at least 24 hours. That's an additional expense that needs to be considered if one chooses to hire a painter, as well as some labor to return all ceiling fixtures. The ceiling looked so good after painting that I wasn't even willing to return the existing vent covers which had been cleaned but still discolored over the years, and instead bought new ones. Overall, a great job, and they are coming back soon to do my living room and dining room. I highly recommend Ace Custom Drywall.

The work was done in a timely manner, and the results look great! Everything was completed professionally, efficiently and once completed all areas of work cleaned up of any residue from drywall.

We discovered there were critters in our attic and had to hire a wildlife removal company. Since the attic area wasn't accessible, they had to drill many holes in the walls to locate the animal. It ended up being 15 small holes and one large rectangle. Since their service didn't provide for wall damage repair, I contacted Bridget for a quote. (The wildlife removal company was supposed to "patch" the holes they made, but instead they used black duct tape!!!!) I sent her pictures of the wall and explained the types of holes they would be repairing. She gave me a quote by text and we set up an appointment for September 7 at 9:00. September 7 was the day a semi-truck jack-knifed on the Veterans and cause chaos to the commute to our house. Bridget called to tell me about the delay and ended up being about 20 minutes late. There were 4 crew members. They immediately began prepping the area which included completely covering all areas not be repaired. I have hardwood floors and any drywall dust could cause scratches. I didn't have to worry as they covered everything. The repairs took about 90 minutes and they cleaned the area and explained about drying time and painting the surface. I'm a repeat customer and this company is the very best in every area.

Extremely professional and fantastic customer service! I needed to have the popcorn ceiling removed in the master bedroom closet as well as some ceiling repair in the kitchen. They were very responsive; provided a clear and concise quote; and completed the work quickly and with fantastic attention to detail. I would use them again for any drywall services--strongly recommended! They do not do painting, but provide recommendations. They finished the ceiling in the picture; I painted it.

This was a better than best experience. From the first contact they were the most professional company I've worked with. They are responsive, their estimate was clear, and they were flexible when I needed to add work. They did a super job on keeping the work areas clean and my walls and cabinets protected. To top it off the crew is fun to be around and it is clear they are team that has their clients satisfaction as their first priority. I will hire them again and I certainly recommend them to others.

We had a huge hole in the ceiling in our garage, and some medium sized holes in a few places throughout the house, also some water damage to the drywall on a wall. They repairs everything better than I would have ever expected. I would highly recommend Ace Custom Drywall, they were great to work with, very accommodating, fair and great price, and cleaned up was awesome! I would hire them again for sure!
