It went very well.

Great........

Was done in 30 minutes time, but price was outrageous

1st we hired Tampa appliances solutions we paid him a $40 service charge and this man said it was the seal by the door. that did not fix it and the man ran off with our money and would return any calls and we gave him a check $115. so we called Stephen's Appliance Repair and they came out and charged $69 and he told us it was not the door seal but it was the float switch assembly and it would cost about $296. so he would have to order the part and he could install Tuesday I said it would have to be that Thursday. so he came out and punt the part in and it was still leaking. know he says there is a tube in the tub has a hairline crack in it and it can't be fixed told us to buy a new dishwasher. so it was not the part he said. and he diagnosed it wrong. we paid him $69 dollars for what. we paid him $69 dollars to tell us what is wrong with the dishwasher. so know we paid 2 different people to tell us what. two companies missed diagnosed the problem. so we just ordered a new dishwasher will be here Saturday. I have now lost trust with people

My experience was excellent. He was exceptional.

Not great. When he arrived, he pulled the fridge back to find what needed to be repaired. He told me it was going to cost $370 to fix my fridge. Then additionally he was going to charge $125 for his helper to vacuum up the water. He then left and came back with the new part and it took him maybe 5 or 10 minutes to install. After, I paid him the $495 he said it costed to complete the repair and vacuum up the excess water. He also took the old part with him. Later on, my son researched the issue with the fridge and found that same part for $31. I feel very strongly that he took advantage of me and the situation I was in by over charging for the repair. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I really did not think they would be able to repair it but they did- when they promised While they were here they repaired my refrigerator which had a blocked drain.

Jimmy was super nice, on time and professional, he was able to figure out the issue quickly. We opted not to repair, but would call this company again for any appliance repair needs. Thanks Jimmy!

He was able to determine the part needed by the error code displayed and fixed it right away. Very friendly and professional. Father and son operation. I would hire again.

I am sorry but I can't remember our technician's name,but do know that he was the son-in-law of the owner Stephen and he was wonderful. He took care of the problem in no time and I was able to dry my wash load. I will definitely use Stephen's Appliance Repair again!

After other appliance repair firms failed to solve the issue of freezer leaking water and then icing, Stephan's Appliance Repair was able to fix the issue that has plagued us for two years. They knew exactly what was causing the freezer to discharge water and then build up ice. It has been three weeks since the repair and the freezer is performing as it should. Very professional and outstanding value.

The machine wasn’t washing or spinning. Jimmy arrived within the allotted window and discovered that the drain line was kinked. He quickly fixed it and at a fair price. We’ll certainly keep this company in mind should future needs arise.

Not well. He said it was plugged but after cleaning it still did not pump out all the water. Originally he said it wasn’t the pump

We were on able to fix the refrigerator but they were very honest and explained why perfect explanation as well

refrigerator was under warranty and I had to order a repair from the company's repair contract. I was not convinced that my water line was too long and contacted Angie's list and & choose Stephens appliance repair for a second opinion. The repairman spotted the real problem right away. My filter was not working properly and had to be replaced. Replaced it and everything works just fine and no my water line was not too long. I was extremely happy with Stephens.

Everything was fine, I'm satisfied with the repair. I would recommend them.

I would definitely recommend Stephen's Appliance Repair to anyone. Stephen called me immediately when I asked for a list of Pro's in my area from Angie's List. He scheduled an appointment to come out the next day. Jimmy was the person who came out to repair my washer and he was on time and called when he was about 20 minutes away. Jimmy was very nice, knew what he was doing and is a hard worker. He got my washer working and I was very happy! Stephen's Appliance Repair has excellent customer service and I will definitely call them again when any of my other appliances break.

I found Stephen's on here after making a couple of calls to other local repair companies. The others all told me 4-7 days before they could get to us. Stephen personally called me within minutes of my acceptance of his invite! He sent Jimmy out by 3 PM that day! Jimmy diagnosed the problem immediately, gave me a quote, then went to get the part and had us up and running within about 8 hours of that first call! impressed with all aspects of this job and will definitely be calling Stephen's for any future repairs!

Prompt service (about 45 minutes after I called). Tech was great and resolved the issue promptly.

It went well. Mike arrived when he said he would and gave a call about 1/2 an hour before he showed up. He made a quick diagnosis. He didn't have the part handy to make the repair on the first visit on a Friday afternoon but the part came in on Monday and he came back out just when he said he would and made the repair. He's very nice and didn't mind that I watched while he worked (I'm always interested in the workings of these sorts of things).
