Overall the experience was mostly great! When I originally called to see if I could do a home inspection after work; though the receptionist made it sound possible she kept pushing for an earlier time. This was the only frustrating part because I wanted to be there and she made it sound as if it was inconvenient for them. At first I agreed to an earlier time but then I called back and said the home inspection needed to be done later when I was available. At that point she sounded like it wasn't a problem so I am not sure why it was a big deal originally. The inspection: The inspector was great and very thorough. I really appreciated all the work and detail. He took pictures of everything and when he was done he told me what needed to be done immediately and what could be done later. When I asked for further clarification and to show me what he was talking about, he did. He offered suggestions of what I should do for future convenience of the place. Though it was late in the day, the inspector took his time and asked me if I had any further questions without trying to just rush out the door. The next day I received the report with all the pictures. The report was broken up into sections starting from what should be done immediately to sections that were just recommendations. The report was very professional, the inspector was very professional, and I would use this company again.

The inspector, owner of the company, inspected every inch of the house, inside and out, then put on his jumpsuit to crawl through the attic - and took pictures of everything he saw all over the house and the attic. Besides that, he had many referrals of other workers I would be in need of in the future. Very professional, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. I highly recommend them!

Mr. Steve Shelton arrived promptly to perform a 4 point inspection of my home in order to change homeowner's insurance companies. He was very professional throughout the entire inspection, and discussed with me the inspection notes and pictures that he took. I was very satisfied with his services and promptness in providing the report via email so I can deliver to insurance agent. Thank you, Mr. Shelton!

Home inspection. Simply the most knowledgable inspector we have ever met. The price was very reasonable, and we would hire him again without question. I can not provide the location as requested on this review form because we did not buy the house because of the inspection results.
