Roofmasters came and took off the old roof and replaced with new roof in 2 days. They were very professional and explained everything to me. The roof looks great and passed inspection with no problems. I would perfer them to anyone. excellent job and clean up. Price was what they told me with no extras of any kind. After I called for an appointment, the man who came to our home was prompt and knowledgeable. He walked our tile roof and explained to me what he found and what needed to be done. Then he began to correct the problems, while I observed. If I had a question, he stopped long enough to explain. In addition, he took care of a small concern we had involving a screw which secured our solar panels. Since we are unable to climb onto the roof with a rachett to secure this screw, we truly appreciated his assistance.

Very professional, came out on time and inspected the roof as advrtisd, corrected a couple of issues that had been haunting us with a minor leak for some time. I would highly recommend

They were courteous and gave me options for a long term solution to my roof leak issues. I was supposed to have received a call from the owner to go over my options as well as receive an estimate. I never got that call. All they did was some patchwork, and that was the last I heard from them. I will cut them some slack as I am in Plant City, FL and they are located in St. Petersburg, FL. This being that case, I will not contact them for assistance again. This started as an Angie's Big Deal.

They were very prompt and performed the work in an excellent manner.

We contacted Roof Masters in October for a property I was purchasing in Palm Harbor. Kim sent her person out to the property for an estimate. The roof was old and had problems. It was a deligate situation working with the Bank, the home owners association and the insurance provider for the sale. Kim and her people did an outstanding job securing all the needed paperwork and getting the work done on our schedule. The estimate was fair and the work was done beyond our expectations. They made my appointment immediately. The lady on the phone was sweet and helpful, and they came and did their work with speed and professionalism. They gave me an estimate for a new roof that is reasonable. I recommend them to anyone.

I was told a "Wayne" would call, but never did. I called a second time, got a recorded message from "Dave" & left word that "Wayne" never called & both had lost a customer.

Decided to call a roofer after seeing ceiling leaks from the storm a few months ago in our recently purchased. house. This was a 2nd estimate. Very high trust factor and confidence level with Wayne; that's why I chose them. He actually invited me to go up on the roof with him to explain why the entire roof was due for replacement. He explained the entire process and the materials used. The crew showed up about 2 weeks after the estimate, as they said. They were friendly and respectful, and the clean-up was thorough. They used a magnet to pick up stray nails. One guy even went into the pool to pick up nails and some other debris that had sunk to the bottom! They filed the shingle warranty immediately and came back to check the completed job. They cleaned up a few stray tar splashes and re-painted a few minor ladder scratches on he gutters.. I couldn't be more satisfied, and I would recommend Roof Masters without reservation.

I was just surprised that somebody called and confirmed an appointment. They were very prompt and on time. They called before they came. They cleaned up afterwards. The roof covering costs $750, and the slight leak that they worked on was $500. Their price was fair. I consider the quality A-1. Everything was fine. I would absolutely use them again in the future if I need too; there is not question about it.

Performed a very professional high quality job on the flat roof portion of our house.They put a tarp on our roof to protect against leakage while going through the permit process through the city of Seminole. Roofmasters did what they said they said they were going to and were easy to deal with.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roof job.

They said Roof was OK. I pointed out an area on the garage ceiling where it looked like water had come through and they checked it with a moisture meter. It showed that at this time there was no moisture present. The first heavy rain after that it was leaking. Our builder performed a roof repair to correct problem.

Called regarding a centralized roof leak. Roof Masters had someone to the property within a couple hours, fix the problem and was complete in 1 day. Very responsive and charged a fair price.

It was great - they came out one day after phone call to give the estimate. The started work within one week and were done in a couple of days. They followed up with the permit. Great customer service.

I was observing water marks on the ceiling in the Den and also there was leaking on the lanai. Wayne came to give an estimate and was very knowedgable about the problem, roof issues and how to repair. He also pointed out other problems that I had on the roof and suggested repairs. He took the time to answer all my questions and was professional. I was able to have the work completed within the week and the crew that showed up were very respectful and professional. I would hire them again. As an added note, these problems arose after Tropical Storm Debby and I had called about 6 other Roofing COmpanies for estimates as well. Most did not even call back, the ones that did called back a week later and one said the first date they had opened for an estimate was August 1, almost three weeks later. At least they were honest. I understand that there was a lot of damage and the Roofing Companies were busy during this time.

I had a leaking roof on the single story addition of my 2 story house (asphalt shingle roof). Roof Masters were quick to come out, inspect, and quoted me both a price to fix the problem area and for roof replacement. Didn't pressure or up sell me. As the roof was aged, I decided to go with the full replacement. They were able to complete the job quickly to fit my schedule as I work nights and am often sleeping during the day, working it in during my time off. Have been very happy with the job and would recommend them to friends/family/neighbors

Good. Had to reschedule once and they were amenable. I expected there to be moderate to significant issues at several places in our roof (we bought it as a short sale 18 months ago and recalled from the inspection there were a few potential trouble spots). Their guy came out and did a quick visual inspection with me from the ground where I pointed out the areas of interest. When he got up on the roof, it apparently wasn't as bad as I had feared. I the flashing around the chimney appeared to be okay (my main fear), and he said the rest of the 25-year old roof had a few years of life left. He did inform me that the dryer vent was clogged (I think it was the orginal) and suggested I have it replaced. I thought that might be another leak area anyway, so I told him to do it. When he pulled the old dryer vent he confirmed what I thought, fixed the leak, and installed a new one. Also gave me money saving tips on how to do some maintenance myself. The only reason for the "B" on quality is that I'm still worried about the flashing around the chimney--although it's probably just residual fear from 18 months of worrying about it. I guess time will tell on that one. I recommend them to anyone interested.

Well. I was pleased with the ability to get a small problem resolved that day.
