The providers were exceedingly proficient and achieved their goal in satisfying me. they answered my questions and were very patient. I salute them all! Now have a working pc again.

I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up on Tuesday as promised it works fine also they installed an anti virus program

Flawless, the PC is as new! A minor problem was fixed in the shop at no additional costs.

They were great! They explained everything clearly and patiently answered all questions. They even stayed a little past closing time to make sure everything was working properly. They will certainly be my go-to place for any future technology needs. I highly recommend them.

They took care of the issue and the price was reasonable. They took a little longer than they said they were going to. They didn't call; we had to call them and find out. But I think they did all right. They could have been friendlier.

It didn't turn out the way I expected it to because they could not solve the problem on the computer. They tried everything they could and they did everything they could do but they couldn't solve the problem. It was related to a Windows 10 upgrade and we didn't have the ability to have a screen saver working there and they said they could fix it and they tried different thing and they even reloaded Windows 10 in there. The bottom-line is they tried everything they could and they could not ever remedy that problem and it's still the way it is right now. It came out not to be an exorbitant price. They put a lot of men hours trying to do that and for the cost it was a reasonable price but the result is they did not fix the problem but I was not unhappy with them and I realized that it was just kind of something that wouldn't have worked. In order to fix that they would have had to remove some files or somethings in the computer that would have given a problem in the operating system so the only alternative was to just go back to the previous system which was Windows 8, which I like Windows 10. So I wasn't willing to have them go back and just revert the Windows 8. It was an extremely fair price I thought for the amount of time they put into it and then they did try to do it. The punctuality was good. They tried to do it in a quick time and it wasn't very long when they realized that they were at the end with what they could do with it. The professionalism was very good.

Did tell me what the cost of each part was. did provide laptop sooner than expected did provide friendly and professional service. Bailey was helpful and gave some good advice. didn't mention laptop didn't have dvd player in place to add new software. price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but I like the higher quality job. wish they had walked through transfer process a little better, but I take part of that responability

I took my computer in to Pinellas Computer. They were all very nice. All young computer wizard types but they did not talk down to me and they were very professional. They charged me $30.00 to analyze the situation and said the $30 would be applied to any work which needed to be done. Evan said it needed to be cleaned and that there was some malware infecting the performance. I got it back in two days. Total cost was $60 so I paid another $30 and was back on track. Office Depot would have started at $75.00 and the "Geek Squad" at Best Buy would start at a minimum of $125.00. Both of those services would have taken a week to do. What a difference. Pinellas Computer is fast, professional and, most importantly to me, they did what they said they would do. GREAT JOB !!!

Turns out they could save my hard drive! They were able to keep all the programs and personal information that was important to me. The price was lower then expected and they added a security program for free. Outstanding job! This will be my go to place for all my computer needs.

Staff at Pinellas Computers were very professional and helpful. I was given an rough estimate of $100.00 for the replacement of the keyboard on my SONY laptop computer. I think something was spilled on the keyboard, and a number of the keys would not work. They told me it would take about a week, because they did not stock the keyboard, but would have to order it. I was kept informed by telephone and E-mail of the progress. I was called yesterday, and E-Mailed, that my computer was fixed. I stopped to pick it up today, and it was ready. They started it up and demonstrated that all of the keys were now working a they should. The biggest surprise was the cost was not $100.00, but $86.00. I was VERY pleased with the service and the results, and I will return to their shop for any future needs. They do hardware repair as well as a variety of software services.

Very professional and efficient. We only had to leave our computers there in the shop for the transfer for 24 hours.All our questions were answered well and they backed everything up for thirty days on their cloud, just in case. The only thing was that they estimated it would cost $30-60.00 and it ended up costing $90.00. But I guess they had no way of knowing accurately how much data was on the old computer and how long it would take to transfer all of it until they started working on it. We thought they did a good job and would not hesitate to use them again.
