I'm very pleased with my new computer and the process of specifying hardware and software. I would recommend Pinellas Computers for all technical services.

I was a walk-in and did not have high expectations that I would have immediate results. Dennis was very upfront that I had 4 others ahead of me, and whenever I called in I got a very detailed report of the progress. When I got my computer back, it was much faster, but the ad pop-ups reappeared. When I sent a screen shot back to them, Dennis called me within minutes and walked me through how to fix it. Dennis and Jeff and others who answered when I called were both professional and friendly. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! I paid $25 to initiate the process and $100 for the cleaning and optimization. What a deal!!

These folks have never disappointed. Most often any issues I might have can be resolved remotely so you do not have to live close to them to take advantage of their outstanding knowledge and issue resolution.

As always Pinellas Computers preformed with outstanding service. They have been my 'go to' computer repair for the last 12 years. This most recent service was for a repair on an older model computer. Service tech told me the repair would be more costly than what the computer was worth. I came back with a new computer the next day and my they transfered all of my programs and files at a very low cost. I HIGHLY recommend!

Problem corrected itself, but could potentially be wifi chip. They could have sold me a new $65 chip, but we decided to see if recent travel had slightly dislodged it. They have it in stock, if needed. These guys are nice, fast, and HONEST! Highly recommend!!!!!

Very well. Stuart B. The tech was excellent. He worked with me to get things up and running and also connected the laptop with printer access. Very knowledgeable yet anxious to interact in an instructive way. Very positive about the whole experience.

They were very competent and answered a few other questions I had about my computer. Their pricing was good for the amount of time they spent working on my computer.

Everything went along really good. They also hook up a new printer for me and show me how to run it. Stuart did the work for me ,he did an excellent job he took his time and make sure I knew what was going on.

The techs at Pinellas Computers are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have used them on several occasions, for tune ups for slow speed, to upgrading and replacing my hard drive. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to any one. They are much quicker and more reasonably priced than the Geek Squad.

Each time I took my laptop to this shop, everything was done as promised so I was very pleased with their work/repair.

Good - a couple small glitches were remedied quickly and I'm very happy to be back with an old friend - Windows 7.

Work was done fast at a reasonable cost. Later, I brought it in again for another issue. It was quickly diagnosed as a power cord problem and not a computer issue. They didn't charge me for that diagnosis. I bought a new cord and problem solved.

The work was done well. It solved my problem and I have been using my computer with no problems since the repair was made.

I bought a great Lenovo laptop for work. My tech Dennis was knowledgeable and got me more than what I needed to get the job done. My price included setup and removal of the bloat from the system that come automatically from the manufacturer. I got a much better computer than I previously had that was way more expensive. The speed of this computer blows my doors off to say the least. I am happy with the computer and the setup. I highly recommend these guys. I've used them for about 4 years now for various puposes and am always pleased with the final product and fast friendly service. Thanks allot Dennis and all of the staff at Pinellas Computers
