They come out in the spring and in the fall. I never have a problem with pests so the service is working. Julian is the owner and is very nice to talk to and deal with. We will continue using their service. I signed another contract this past spring.

Jasmine and crew were timely and worked well as a team, dulling and digging to properly apply the termite preventative hard work but they kept at it until finished-They pobtily answered my questions during the process.

Hunter arrived on time and examined inside and treated outside. He was very respectful and professional. Two days later, the sugar ants have been reduced significantly. I am anxious to see if the ants would be gone completely and permanently.

I have used Pest Control Services and Solutions since we moved into our home in 2013. I have always found them to be prompt, professional, courteous, neat, and efficient. I just had them out today for our once-a-year treatment, and Vince, the technician could not have been more helpful. He asked if we were having any current pest issues, and I told him we had noticed ants in the back yard near the patio. After thoroughly treating inside the house, garage, and attic, he went outside to do the perimeter of the house/yard. When he was finished, he came back inside and showed me a video on his cell phone of where he found the ants in the back yard to be nesting and described the treatment he had applied to eliminate them. He also stated that they would be back next week to treat around the outside again to make sure they had permanently fixed the ant issues. I will also add that if you have any problems between the annual scheduled service dates, they will promptly dispatch someone to take care of the issue and then follow up with a phone call to make sure all is well. I highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a solid and caring pest control organization.

Both Vince and Hunter did an outstanding job at explaining everything they were doing and made sure I understood everything that my service included.
