I had services that did not include all quoted items and another issue. The owner of the company, Julian, came out to my house as soon as he possibly could to address the concerns. He completed the inspection & treatment and he is also addressing the other issue. This owner is an upstanding man. He is very intelligent on homes in general and especially in pests and rodents. He provided a thorough inspection with photos and a fair estimate of additional work to be done to keep rodents out. Julian also provided so much knowledge and information that I hope I remember it all. He has been a pest professional in this part of Florida for 35 years and it shows. He takes pride in his work and stands by it. I highly recommend Pest Control Solutions & Services (PCSS) to everyone!

Austin came out and treated our home for roaches and bugs after we got an AC leak up in our ceiling. The moisture brought all the roaches inside. He explained everything that he was doing and answered all my questions. The past few days we have already noticed several roaches on their last breaths. He also promised to contact us in a few weeks in case we need another treatment which is included in the price we already paid. Fantastic piece of mind at a very stressful time. Thanks!

PCSS was great. I got a quote from another well reviewed business on Angie's list and PCSS came in at a much lower price for the exact same service as the others. Julian was always right on time, and the communication throughout the process was great.

He drew my attention to the problem I was experiencing in the guest bedroom & set "ant traps" in the area they were found, & then continued to the exterior to locate the source they were coming from & treat. refused to perform services. I had used this company before and was pleased with their services. A technician had come out about a month before to evaluation situation. I called today to schedule service to elimination ants. I mildly criticized tech, trying to be constructive. Owner immediately told me I needed to find another company. Refused to explain why. If company refuses to respond to complaints, should not be on Angie's list.

Everything went great! We signed up for an annual service and our appointment was confirmed via email. When Hunter came out, he explained the type of ant that we were having issues with and what their habits are. They were very professional and treated the interior of our home. Hunter treated our covered back porch and around our hot tub, but said that they would need to come back to completely treat the exterior (it was raining). After the interior and exterior treatment of our house an ant apocalypse took place! We are happy to not be overrun with the little buggers and I highly recommend this company for their competence, timeliness, and price.
