Thank you for trusting us for your pest control issues. Ants can be very tricky some times, it really depends on how long they have been there, species, and how they were previously treated. Just spraying ants can lock them in the structure and can make them more difficult to get rid of. Thank you for your patience.

Description of Work: I had termite protection around the entire perimeter of my house. They spent more than two hours digging a trench, 6 or more inches, to place the termite protection. I have used them since they started and recommend them whole heartedly. THEY KNOW BUGS.

Description of Work: We had problems with rodents getting into small places outside the house. PCSS recommended a "handyman" to block off and seal the areas of invasion; they too were prompt and did a great job. Between the two working together, I'm confident the problem will subside. We were so pleased with Julian, his knowledge and professionalism that we signed a yearly contract. Everyone I have dealt with in this organization has been direct, professional, and personable.

Description of Work: A friend referred PCSS and they did not disappoint. Colby was helpful over the phone from the start, and the technicians that have been to my house have been very punctual, thorough, and helpful in answering any and all questions. They have come back for follow ups to make sure the ants are gone from both the inside and outside of my house (which they were after a week just as I was told), and have been happy to remind me that they will come back if any more problems arise. Well worth the annual fee already and it has only been less than a month.
