I like him. The guy's really sharp. He's forgotten more about bugs and stuff than most of those guys will ever know. I like those guys a lot. He helped me with another property of mine. This one he just did, I'm putting it on an annual with him, and the other one as well. Another company was doing it. The cost is real reasonable. For what you're getting, it's awesome. His annual is about $400 a year. Again, the guy is a walking encyclopedia of bugs. He knows more than most everybody I've ever talked to. He's forgotten more than most of these guys know. That's how good he is, how sharp a kid he is. Those guys are awesome,man. These guys are the best around, and I know this because I had a specific problem at the other property, but he didn't come up with some of the things he came up with with this property we did in October. He didn't find any termites or mold that's caused god knows what. I know he wasn't lying because he wasn't trying to sell me stuff at the other property. I just had a squirrel problem, and he took care of that. The other guys, they don't do that kind of stuff. They just do bugs, but my tenant kept having problems and they weren't fixing the problem. Everything's A-plus. He's the best guy I've run across.

Julian, Vincent et al from Pest Control Solutions persisted with us accommodating our then frequent requests and offering their solutions in areas we had not considered. We have continued to receive excellent service from them ever since. I never thought we would be able to live in Florida relatively pest-free! Yesterday, Hunter gave a detailed verbal and written review of observations and actions he had performed. No relationship exists without some rocky edges, but overall you can not replace their results!

I recently purchased a home in Seminole, FL and hired PCSS to come out and assess my property for termites and pests. Not only are they prompt with their service, but honest! What stood out to me as a business: - The owner (Julian) is very involved and not only called me directly but did the follow-up call. - Upon service completion, you get a hand-written note from the owner. - There is no BS... they are honest and do not oversell. - They are reasonable... I feel their price is solid. - They do a great job... what company still baits at each outlet and wall switch... they do! - They are reliable... they say they will show up at time X and they do! - They care about your pets and kids. End of day... why go with a national brand when you can support a local, reliable and reasonable company. As new customer and Florida home owner, I was VERY impressed. Great. Scott showed up exactly on time, listened to our concerns, and told us what needed to be done. Offered us several service options. Set out a bait station in the kitchen, applied bait to possible places roaches could be coming in upstairs, treated the outside (including the garage and our lanai). Always had booties on in the house. Very courteous and respectful. I would have them back (and probably will) in a heartbeat. Thanks Scott!!!!

Excellent professional and courteous service. For years, I have had an annual service plan with Pest Control. They treat your house and if you see any insects during the year, they come back and treat at no cost, and no attitude. They actually answer their phones, and when they can't they return calls quickly. A technician is dispatched promptly and they are always professional and courteous. Since I've had Pest Control for years, I can absolutely vouch for them. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that is so committed to quality and professionalism, and who take care of what's "bugging" you!

The staff in the office and the service people were all knowledgeable and understanding. I felt they all went out of their way to help me deal with the problem. Last year I had gotten a coupon for $100 off when I moved in. So I used this company. This is my 2nd year, I am very happy with service, very professional & courteous.

The technician was very educated about the service he performed as he answered my questions precisely and knowledgeably. He also encouraged me to call the company whenever I had a pest issue. I have called in the past and they have always sent someone out within a day or 2, but really the product is so good that I have had very few issues. I really like this company as they "bate" inside the electric receptacles so the product is inside the wall rather than a spray on the floor and base boards that only evaporates or gets washed off as I clean.

Jamin was excellent! He is professional and goes about his business in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him to any customer new or existing.

Arrived punctually, found no activity.

Very well; Pestcss patched some small holes and cracks in the out side walls and roof. Not much to say; we called them, they explained their services, set a schedule 2 days later, then arrived on time and did what they said they would do. Open-shut, done!

Jamin was on time and explained the duties to be performed. He introduced me to his assistant Greg who was very respectful. Both were very professional and kind.
