Pest Control Solutions & Services

I'm on a yearly contract with them. They were outstanding in their contract and in their service. They've done a fabulous job. I've been using them for three years.

Pest Control Solutions is a very knowledgeable company. Julian was very thorough on explaining what he had done to address the concerns with the type of bugs we had, since he was out in November we have not seen any bugs in our house......Thank you to Pest Control Solutions for their help..looking forward to many years of partnership with Colby And Julian (Pest Control Solutions)

It went well. They came out a second time and removed the squirrels. The roofer then had to seal up the soffit. However, they did not know they left one baby squirrel. As I understand it, they removed two babies, which is the normal number. The mother had ripped the screen and attempted to get back in the attic. They came out the next day and found the third baby. The roofer came back and replaced one of the repairs which the mom had torn up. We were happy, the babies were happy and mom was happy. And, we found a great roofer.

It was excellent service from start to finish. Julian is the frendliest guy in the world and also very knowledgable and straight forward about his business. He took all my calls and answered all my ongoing questions thoroughly until I was ready to make a decision about which treatment to go with. He didn't try to oversell me on treatments or scare me about the terrors of termite damage like other companies did. I have peace of mind knowing Julian is keeping our home pest free.

They need to warn people they plan to knock on the door at 8:30 on a Sat. morning!

The tech that came to our home was very nice and also very knowledgeable about the insect world. What we like most about this company is the strategic way that they go about removing the pests. Not just a random spraying of chemicals. I personally don't want to kill any living creature, I just don't want some of them in my house.

This is the second year in our house and the second year with Pest Control. What they bring is piece of mind.Throughout the last year whenever we even thought there might be any new pest problems inside or out, they returned within 24 hours to retreat any area we had concerns about. We came from the north and feel great that our house is bug free..

The Owner Julian Gregory and the technician arrived on time and provided an initial service based on an annual contract. I was very skeptical about treating only the outside and indicated as much to Julian. He took great pains (because I can be pretty stubborn) to explain that the perimeter treatment included the best quality pesticides and the inside would treatment behind every receptacle and outlet plus the attic treatment would work. To satisfy me, he indicated that they would provide quarterly service to reinforce the previous treatments. The outside treatment was done without doing the attic or applying any special pesticides to kill ants. Julian indicated that he wanted the bait and other pesticides applied outside to work first and allow the insects to carry the poison back to the nests before putting down pesticides that would kill the ants that I might see. The next day it rained and Julian called me to ask if he could reapply the treatment. That call exceeded by expectations because he initiated the call and came back to retreat because he wanted to be sure I was receiving the best protection possible. Thus far.... its working and I haven't seen any critters. Speaking of critters... Julian noticed a couple of openings under the soffit that might be entry points for various vermin trying to make a home in my attic. He recommended 727 roofing and they came out and did a great job plus a couple of extra thing at a very reasonable price. Oh by the way - I live on a very wooded piece of property and we have peacocks, gopher tortoises, opossums, armidillos and racoons which (with the exception of racoons) I don't want harmed. Julian assured me the products they use would not harm them - much like applying tic and flea protection to a dog.

They come out twice a year in the in between outside protection - promptly arrive if needed in between. Polite, professional, perfect!

From start to finish this company has been great. I have spoken with Colby several times who is wonderful to deal with. Dan King showed up for the 1st visit on time and prepared to meet my two dogs with treats. Dan is very professional and spent time telling me what to expect from this visit and next steps regarding termite prevention. The 2nd visit Julian, the owner and Dan showed up to do the termite prevention. Julian explained what they would be doing and the timeframe in which the work would be completed. Again, very professional, knowledgeable and made my dogs very happy with treats. Dan will be coming again to follow up on a couple of items. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jason arrived on time and treated the whole house & the attic. He even added bait for rat traps set by previous company. He was very professional and efficient.

Outstanding!!! I have never done a second review of a company before, but the service was so exceptional I had to say it again. This company is fantastic. From the first email I have received nothing less than the best service. They came out for a 30-day follow-up. I was expecting this as they told me that would probably be necessary during my first call with them. They did not just come out on the follow up and put a little more bait here and there. Two of them worked the kitchen area for about an hour. Certainly not the 5 to 20 minutes I thought we would get on a follow up. Based on the service I received, I have not doubt you will be satisfied with both performance and service.

They did a great job and are thorough and great about follow up visits when needed per my comments above.

This is a fantastic organization, prompt, knowledgeable, they really care about what they do and the customers they serve. We continue to work with them to resolve some additional issues and they have been extremely fair about the follow-up services. I was even given Julian's personal cell number if we happened to "catch" anything in the live traps they set. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and would highly recommend them for any of your pest control needs. A++++.

I have had Julian for many years. He is always on time and very thorough in his work. I would not have another company do this. I know I can rely on Julian always.

Excellent. Arrived on time for appointment, returned regularly on a schedule until all bugs were gone. Thorough, friendly & efficient.

Very satisfied! I was impressed from the start to completion. I emailed the evening before and they contacted me first thing in the morning. I was given an exact cost over the phone and they were able to schedule an appointment the same week. Dan showed up exactly on time. He was friendly, professional, and courteous. He was dressed in company uniform for easy identification and had protective footware to protect the carpets. He detailed what he was going to do and why and what results we should expect and provided documentation that stated the same. I appreciated this as it would assure there would not be any misunderstanding of their services, costs, and results. After the discussion of services, Dan went right to work and wasted no time. That is not to say he rushed through the work as you could see he took time to make sure the work was done completely and correctly. Once the work, was completes, he informed us if the follow up visits that would be required and that there would be no additional charges for those follow ups. He also left an information sheet stating what chemicals were used and the percentage of each. That may now be a legal requirement, but I have never had a service provide that info (voluntarily) before now. Bottom line... I would definitely recommend them. Unless something changes, PCSS will be the only pest control company I use in the future.

Dan, the tech, was great. On time, friendly & courteous.

They were very prompt, efficient, courteous and gave excellent service! They will be returning for re-check of ant problem and will be respraying mid year. It's working Great!!
