After a beyond horrific experience with a different animal removal company, we were skeptical about any company's ability to effectively end our rat issue. We lucked into finding the best of the best with Gregory and his team. The issue wasn't resolved at the first try, but this company was more persistent than the rats. They worked with us until we successfully went weeks without hearing or smelling the rodents in our home. We are so pleased, and will continue to recommend them to any other unfortunate St Pete residents suffering from rodent issues.

All pest control application were installed as a preventative measure. No existing termite and/or pests colonies existed. Subterranean termite protection: -trenched and/or drilled area totally around house then applied chemical application. After application, restored /covered all excavated areas. Interior/Exterior Pest Control: -Applied pest control chemicals to exterior walls; inside electrical outlet/switches and electrical equipment areas. We have used Pest Control Solutions over several years. It is a privilege to observe individuals who perform professional work and have concern that the job is well done.

Great! Jamin Clubb (tech) arrived on time and completed work in about 2 hrs. Then followed up in a week to eliminate ants.

They responded quickly by placing the trap and came out to reset it a few days later after we trapped my own cat. They came back out right away after we trapped the possum and took it to a wildlife center to be humanely released.

Mr. Gregory was punctual, gave us a great price, provided a lot of value/work for price paid and his team cleaned up very well upon completion

As usual the owner & staff employee were prompt and courteous. Treatment for pest control was efficiently performed and the company's employees are completely trustworthy.

The worst nightmare you could possibly imagine!!!!!! They did the inspection, then made a "clerical error" on the form that basically stated I had termites when I didn't. This was being done for a buyer of my property. I didn't want a WDO Report, but they insisted that I pay for one. ( I just wanted the free inspection) Then when I called them to ask them to fix the mess they created, the owner was extremely rude, and hung up on me and refused to discuss it. I FEAR this company. They may have destroyed the sale on my property. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional and the nastiest people I have ever met. RUN away from them. ANY other company but them is 10000 times better. RUN! RUN! RUN!

I've had them for couple of years now and they are so wonderful. They came out one time when I had broken my arm and they went to my cupboards and threw away all the bad stuff and put everything back in which is not part of their job. Every time they've come here, they've done little things for me. Julian Gregory is the owner. They do an outstanding job. I have a contract with them.

As I said above, Vince set two traps up there and came back to check them twice in about 1-1/2 weeks only to find that Julian was correct - we didn't have rats in the attic at all!! We pay Pest Control Solutions for service yearly so there was no charge for them to come out to check for the rats and it turns out, we were due for our booster treatment anyway. We've used them for about 10 years now for our termite stations and general pest control and are absolutely thrilled with their service! Julian even came out from St. Petersburg (to East Lake area) because we had a rat caught in our pool cage area and with having 2 dogs, were scared that one of them might get bit. This made for a very long day for Julian but he didn't mind and he caught the bat and set it free. PCS is just so helpful and professional and caring - you just don't find that kind of service just anywhere! We highly recommend them to everyone!!!

From the first visit almost 7 years ago. Julian and all of his crew have always been very prompt and extremely courteous, and knowledgeable. Even phone calls to set appointments are very pleasant. Great people! Have recommended them!

I found this provider on Angie's List yesterday and called about their services. The customer service person was able to scheduled a technician to come out the same day. The technician, Jamin, was very professional and performed his duties while explaining everything that was to take place with the treatment. Today, 1/30/15, I received a follow-up call from the company to ensure that everything went well with the service and Jamin. Although it will take time to see if the pest issues were resolved, as the treatment only started yesterday, it is my current belief that Pest Control Solutions delivers results. I would like to applaud Pest Control Solutions for hiring a professional and US veteran like Jamin.

I continued to be very pleased with the service of Pest Control Solutions & Services and the results have been outstanding, no bugs in the house. The entire time I have used Pest Control Solutions & Services the results are the same, no bugs, and the professionalism, attitude, appearance and quality of the work has been consistent with all of their people. They are giving pest control people a good name.

Tech was very quick and thorough. He wore booties to keep our floors clean. This was a nice touch. They are a great company. Excellent customer service.

They were professional and solved my active pest problem. The house sat empty for a few years and had an ant infestation in the walls and under the tile. They took extra steps to make sure the ants were gone.
