Prompt delivery and service. Have found several dead bugs since service - 2 hours for inside and out, good.

When they first came, they found evidence of carpenter ants. Reporting to me, they first treated the outside for those ants. They came back for the regular pest treatment a week later since they would not do 2 treatments at once.

Lain was on time, friendly, courteous. We have never been disappointed w/this company. Highly recommend!

They have been extremely responsive both times we have called them and came out quickly. Our previous provider was good, but we still found bugs in the home and had to give access to the home monthly. With PCSS we have had minimal bug issues and they have only had to come into the home 2 times over the year. We would highly recommend the company.

I'd like it if they'd check up on us more. The first year, they were good about reaching out. The second year, it seemed like it was harder to get them out quickly. However, after a conversation with the owner, they resolved the situation.

Unfortunately, they did not perform all elements they said were included in the initial application, and, charged $50 more than I was quoted.. Update: To their credit, they read my review and the owner called asking what I felt was wrong. After I explained that all the services that were originally quoted were not delivered, he scheduled a follow-up application to correct the missing items.

I used this company for the first time last year through an Angie's List deal and was happy to renew for annual services again this year. Since the annual treatment last year I've seen 2 (dead) palmetto bugs in my house and had no other pests. That's excellent for a Florida home! Iain was the technician who came out yesterday. He was able to come early (after calling to see if I was available) and was very helpful in answering my questions about termites. He even inspected the furniture from my previous home that most likely had termites. He found trees and shrubs outside where ants and termites are doing their business and provided treatments and/or advice for dealing with both. Iain was very thorough and professional and even had treat in his pocket for my dog. That was a nice touch! At $395 for the annual contract, the price seems a little steep, but my past year's experience told me this service works, so I wasn't going to throw in a winning hand. To live without the constant companionship of palmetto bugs is a wonderful thing!

A person's home should be their sanctuary where they feel safe and protected from the outside elements, especially when it comes to nature's creatures such as rodents and pests. We work from home and did not have to micromanage, which prevented us from becoming distracted from our own responsibilities. Today, we had the joy of meeting the owner, Julian. The technician (Ian) was ver thorough - crawled through the attic and the crawl space under the house. When he was done he explained what he found and the best way to treat our home. I would highly recommend this company.

Ian did the service and was excellent, even though he is new. This is in large part because the owner, Julian, is excellent at training and operates a model business. They do an annual application for indoor pests, and we also have them set up termite stations and do inspections for those, since our neighborhood has a history of those nasty things. The termite service is extra, but worth it for us. Julian and company are prompt, efficient, and very effective. When we have needed to call them during the year due to ants or something, they fit us in right away and come do the additional treatment, which is part of the annual contract (no extra charge). We have never had a billing issue with them - the office is run much better than most small businesses we deal with. We recommend them very highly.

Pest Control Solutions and Services - appointment on time, techs were very nice and thorough. Price is very reasonable and I have had no past issues and recommend PCSS to everyone! Service calls are free and quick response if issues come up. Love them!

Was prompt, friendly and professional.

This company is the best I have used. I have using them for years with nothing but great customer service. It is very easy to schedule appointments and they always arrive on time. The company is growing so I have had some new trainees come by, but they are always supervised by the owner himself. Iain was my technician this time and he was very courteous. He did a very comprehensive job, but was also considerate of my time. I have referred this company to many friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Julian and Iain were so refreshing in a state that has such a bad reputation for ill mannered workmen. They were on time. Actually put booties over their shoes, a first, and proceeded to find the source of the termite frass. There was no charge! I would highly recommend them and use them.
